Ferrite sintered body and electronic component using thereof
A ferrite sintered body of the invention includes; a main component including 48.65 to 49.45 mol % of iron oxide in terms of Fe.sub.2O.sub.3, 2 to 16 mol % of copper oxide in terms of CuO, 28.00 to 33.00 mol % of zinc oxide in terms of ZnO, and a balance including nickel oxide, and a subcomponent including boron oxide in an amount of 5 to 100 ppm in terms of B.sub.2O.sub.3 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main component, in which the ferrite sintered body includes crystal grains having an average crystal grain size of 2 to 30 μm.
Increased resonant frequency alkali-doped Y-phase hexagonal ferrites
Disclosed herein are embodiments of an enhanced resonant frequency hexagonal ferrite material, such as Y-phase hexagonal ferrite material, and methods of manufacturing. In some embodiments, sodium or potassium can be added into the crystal structure of the hexagonal ferrite material in order to achieve improved resonant frequencies in the range of 500 MHz to 1 GHz useful for radiofrequency applications.
Increased resonant frequency alkali-doped Y-phase hexagonal ferrites
Disclosed herein are embodiments of an enhanced resonant frequency hexagonal ferrite material, such as Y-phase hexagonal ferrite material, and methods of manufacturing. In some embodiments, sodium or potassium can be added into the crystal structure of the hexagonal ferrite material in order to achieve improved resonant frequencies in the range of 500 MHz to 1 GHz useful for radiofrequency applications.

A soft magnetic metal powder that has low coercivity Hcj and high saturation magnetic flux density Bs, and has high powder resistivity and high insulating performance is obtained. The soft magnetic metal powder is soft magnetic metal powder containing Fe. The soft magnetic metal powder has particles each including a soft magnetic metal portion and a coating portion coating the soft magnetic metal portion. The coating portion includes a first coating portion and a second coating portion. The first coating portion is closer to the soft magnetic metal portion than the second coating portion. The first coating portion and the second coating portion have oxides containing at least one element selected from Si, Fe, and B as a main component. The first coating portion includes amorphous material, the second coating portion includes crystals, and the second coating portion has a higher crystal content ratio than the first coating portion.

The present invention relates to a ferrite particle, containing a crystal phase component containing a perovskite crystal represented by the compositional formula:
RZrO.sub.3 (provided that R represents an alkaline earth metal element), and having an apparent density in a range represented by the following formula:
1.90≤Y≤2.45
provided that Y in the formula is the apparent density (g/cm.sup.3) of the ferrite particle.
INCREASED RESONANT FREQUENCY POTASSIUM-DOPED HEXAGONAL FERRITE
Disclosed herein are embodiments of an enhanced resonant frequency hexagonal ferrite material and methods of manufacturing. The hexagonal ferrite material can be Y-phase strontium hexagonal ferrite material. In some embodiments, strontium can be substituted out for a trivalent or tetravalent ion composition including potassium, thereby providing for advantageous properties.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of an enhanced resonant frequency hexagonal ferrite material and methods of manufacturing. The hexagonal ferrite material can be Y-phase strontium hexagonal ferrite material. A wireless device having electromagnetic shielding for a coil includes a composite magnetic sheet. The composite magnetic sheet includes first and second magnetic sheet parts. The first magnetic sheet part has a stacked structure of magnetic sheets including a surface which is an outermost surface of the first magnetic sheet part. The second magnetic sheet part is disposed on the outermost surface of the first magnetic sheet part. At least one magnetic sheet of the first magnetic sheet part includes a cracked structure and the second magnetic sheet part does not include a cracked structure. A protective member is disposed above the composite magnetic sheet. A coil is disposed below the composite magnetic sheet. A magnetic sheet of the first magnetic sheet part with a cracked structure has a surface roughness or porosity greater than that of the second magnetic sheet part without a cracked structure.
