Five-position switch
Multiple position switches and specifically in-line multiple position switches where a user has definitive points of on and off switching which are used to turn multiple redundant internal circuit switches on and off. This can provide for increased reliability of switch operation. The multi-position switch is typically a five-position switch with all five positions in-line and with double or triple redundancy at each position. The switches can also provide for the feel of a snap action mechanism between positions.
AN INTEGRATED THREE POSITION ROCKER SWITCH
An integrated three position rocker switch for vehicles comprises a housing configured to support one or more components of the switch, a knob assembly, a first micro-switch, a second micro-switch and knob. The knob assembly is disposed in the housing, wherein the knob assembly comprises a knob pivotally supported in the housing, and a plunger coupled with the knob through a resilient member. The first micro-switch is coupled with the knob assembly in the housing, and the second micro-switch is disposed in the housing in vicinity of the first micro-switch. The knob is configured to move in multiple positions for actuating the first and second micro-switches to perform more than one operation.
Momentary structure for mini toggle switch
Embodiments relate generally to methods and systems for providing a bias mechanism for a momentary toggle switch. A toggle switch may comprise a housing; a plurality of contacts disposed within the housing; an actuating lever coupled to a pivot pin, wherein the actuating lever extends into the housing; an actuator assembly coupled to the actuating lever, configured to actuate a movable contact of the plurality of contacts between a first position and a second position; and a biasing mechanism configured to bias the actuator assembly into the first position, wherein the biasing mechanism comprises a torque spring.
Digital signaling device for signaling an electrical switch
A digital signaling device provides visual, audible, and haptic indicators when the digital signaling device changes state. The digital signaling device has a same operational feel and response as a classic electro-mechanical decorator-style light switch, including maintaining switch paddle position, using attractive magnetic latching in combination with a spring contact. The switch paddle can be pressed into one of two positions, each position representing a different state of the digital signaling device. The switch paddle provides a visual indicator of the digital signaling device state in that the switch paddle is maintained in one of the two positions. The attractive magnetic latching provides both an audible and haptic indicator when the magnet pairs are engaged, which corresponds to a change of state of the digital signaling device. The spring contact provides a digital switching mechanism for changing the state of the digital signaling device.
SWITCHING DEVICE
A switching device includes an operational knob including a first supporting portion including a first coupling portion, the operational knob being enabled to be swung around the first coupling portion as a rotational center, and a switch main body including a second supporting portion including a second coupling portion that rotatably supports the operational knob by being coupled with the first coupling portion. The first supporting portion or the second supporting portion is resiliently deformable when mounting the operational knob on switch main body. The first supporting portion or the second supporting portion further includes an interference lessening portion at a corner of an assembly terminating end side of the first coupling portion or the second coupling portion.

Single actuator control switch
A control switch includes a key, a housing structure, in the upper portion of which the key is secured in a manner such that the key can rotate about a first fulcrum. A tip is secured at one end to the key and moving integrally therewith, so as to slide along a first axis (X) of the key is countered by an elastic element. A printed circuit board includes at least two push-buttons, arranged in the lower portion of the housing structure. The housing structure includes in its internal portion, a flared structure having two inclined contact planes specularly opposite with respect to a second vertical axis (Z) and forming a first obtuse angle (a), on which the tip can slide along its stroke. The flared structure is structurally secured to the housing structure. The switch includes at least one actuator positioned in proximity to the flared structure.
TIME SWITCH OF CONTROLLABLE TIME ADJUSTMENT
A time switch of controllable time adjustment, the time switch comprising a switch housing (10), a control circuit board (9) arranged inside the switch housing (10), an input terminal (6) and an output terminal (7) arranged on the bottom surface of the switch housing (10), a connecting piece (5) for connecting the input terminal (6) and the output terminal (7), a warped plate (2) connecting to the switch housing (10) by means of a rotating shaft, a first spring (4) provided between the warped plate (2) and the connecting piece (5). The warped plate (2) swaying about the rotating shaft drives the connecting piece (5) to sway. The swaying of the connecting piece (5) causes the input terminal (6) and the output terminal (7) to complete closing and opening. The control circuit board (9) is electrically connected to the output terminal (7). The time switch has a simple structure and a convenient installation, so it can be installed in various electric appliances needing to realize a timing function. Base for a retrofit remote control device
A remote control device may control electrical loads and/or load control devices of a load control system without accessing electrical wiring. The remote control device may include a control unit and a base that may be configured to be mounted over a paddle actuator of an installed mechanical switch. The base may include a frame, a biasing member, and/or a ribbon portion. The frame may be configured to secure the remote control device thereto. The frame may define a rear surface that is configured to abut a bezel of the mechanical switch. The biasing member may be configured to engage a rear surface of a faceplate of the mechanical switch. The ribbon portion may be configured to attach the biasing member to the frame. The ribbon portion may be configured to extend through a gap between the bezel and the faceplate.
