BLOOD GLUCOSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A biological property testing device includes a base comprising a primary surface extending in a base plane, and a first lancet station supported by the base. A first test strip channel provided in the base can have a main channel portion extending generally parallel with the base plane, and an angled channel portion that forms an angle with the main channel portion between 5 degrees and 90 degrees. The first test strip channel can house a biological test strip oriented so that a meter connecting end of the biological test strip is adjacent to the main channel portion and a sample end of the biological test strip is adjacent to the angled channel portion.

Sensor clip for stacked sensor dispensing system, and systems, methods and devices for making and using the same

Sensor clip assemblies, sensor clips, analyte testing systems, and methods for making and using the same are disclosed. A sensor clip assembly is disclosed for storing and dispensing analyte testing sensors. The sensor clip assembly includes numerous test sensors arranged in a stack. Each test sensor is configured to assist in testing an analyte in a fluid sample. The sensor clip assembly also includes a skeletal frame with a top, a bottom, and numerous sides. The top, bottom and sides are interconnected to define an internal chamber within which is stored the stack of test sensors. At least one of the sides includes one or more elongated rails with structural gaps on opposing sides thereof. For some configurations, multiple sides of the skeletal frame comprise at least one or multiple elongated rails, each of which has structural gaps on opposing sides thereof and may be columnar in nature.

Automated modular physical health testing systems and associated devices and methods are disclosed herein. A modular system configured in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, a housing, a communications hub, and a plurality of physical health testing devices. The housing integrates the communications hub and stores the plurality of physical health testing devices. The physical health testing devices are in wired and/or wireless communication with the communications hub. Each physical health testing device is configured to generate physical health data of a user and to transmit generated physical health data to the communication hub and/or a user's mobile device. The modular physical health testing system provides an automated physical exam that can be performed at user's homes or other convenient locations.

APPLICATORS AND METHODS FOR APPLYING A MICRONEEDLE PATCH TO A SKIN OF A SUBJECT, AND MICRONEEDLE PATCHES

An applicator for applying a microneedle patch to a skin of a subject, comprising a base having a skin-side end and a holder for holding the microneedle patch. Two or more contact parts are movable over the skin and away from each other to stretch the skin. The applicator further comprising an interface for an actuator. The actuator actuates a movement of the microneedle patch relative to the skin-side end to penetrate at least into the stratum corneum of the epidermis of the skin with the microneedle. A microneedle patch comprising a skin-adhesive surface for attaching the patch to the skin of a subject. The patch has one or more projecting microneedles. A stiffening body stiffens the patch in at least a parallel direction parallel to the skin-adhesive surface in a region of the skin-adhesive surface which includes the microneedle.

DEVICES AND METHODS FOR BODY FLUID SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS

Described here are meters and methods for sampling, transporting, and/or analyzing a fluid sample. The meters may include a meter housing and a cartridge. In some instances, the meter may include a tower which may engage one or more portions of a cartridge. The meter housing may include an imaging system, which may or may not be included in the tower. The cartridge may include one or more sampling arrangements, which may be configured to collect a fluid sample from a sampling site. A sampling arrangement may include a skin-penetration member, a hub, and a quantification member.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING AND PREPARING BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES FOR TESTING

A kit and a method are disclosed for collecting and preparing a biological sample for testing where the sample is to be mixed with a buffer prior to being tested.

Venous access device

A venous access device includes a hub and a bifurcated cannula.
