SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING PATIENT MEDICAL DEVICES

Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for patient device management. In one implementation, interrogation data is received from a cardiac implantable electronic device corresponding to an interrogation for a patient. The interrogation data includes device data for the cardiac implantable electronic device and patient specific data for the patient. The interrogation data is normalized into manufacturer independent interrogation data. The manufacturer independent interrogation data is associated with a permitted user. A processing status is assigned to the interrogation using the manufacturer independent interrogation data. The interrogation is aggregated into a category based on the processing status, and the category is associated with an action by the permitted user.

INTELLIGENT AUTOMATIC OXYGEN THERAPY SYSTEM

The Intelligent Automatic Oxygen Therapy System provides a device that allows the automatic and intelligent dosage of the percentage of an oxygen/air gas mixture and the flow delivered to each patient through non-invasive oxygen therapy procedures, based on the analysis of several measured variables that confirm the SpO2 value before taking any action. This device allows to measure biomedical signs with the main object of monitoring the oxygen saturation (SpO2), confirming its value with the analysis of the mentioned signs according to their concordance and interrelationship with each other. The equipment through artificial intelligence detects events that can occur due to the movement or for misplaced sensors. It also keeps and analyzes the records of the patient, evaluates the alarms in an intelligent way by correlating all acquired data; with this analysis the equipment can automatically and reliably provide the oxygen/air mixture adequate for each patient, with five operation modes. It activates the processed and valid alarms in an intelligent way and informs in a timely manner to the personal staff about possible found pathologies.

TEMPLATE-BASED ANALYSIS AND CLASSIFICATION OF CARDIOVASCULAR WAVEFORMS

In various embodiments, a first classification assigned to a periodic component of an electrical waveform that represents electrical activity in a patient's heart may be identified. A corresponding periodic component of a hemodynamic waveform that represents hemodynamic activity in the patient's cardiovascular system may be analyzed. The corresponding periodic component may be causally related to the periodic component of the electrical waveform. Based on the analysis, the previously-assigned classification may be assigned to the corresponding periodic component of the hemodynamic waveform in response to a determination, based on the analyzing, that the previously-assigned classification also applies to the corresponding periodic component. In a database of hemodynamic templates, a hemodynamic template associated with the previously-assigned classification may be updated to include one or more features of the corresponding periodic component of the hemodynamic waveform.

A closed loop system using in-ear infrasonic hemodynography and method therefor are disclosed. The system includes an in-ear biosensor system that detects biosignals including infrasonic signals of an individual, and sends the biosignals to an analysis system that identifies physiological data from the biosignals that is associated with the autonomic nervous system of the individual. External sensors can detect other physiological data of the individual during environmental conditions and under different stimuli, and send the other data and the context under which it was detected to the analysis system. The analysis system can train a machine learning model with the identified physiological data in conjunction with the other physiological data, execute actions in response to new information to adjust the autonomic nervous system of the individual, optimize their performance on tasks, and train the individual to adjust their autonomic nervous system in response to new stimuli.
