CONNECTOR

A connector is connectable with a conductive core of a cable which is inserted from a front of the connector along a front-rear direction. The connector comprises a shell and a spring member. The shell is made of a metal. The shell has an operation portion and a contact portion. The spring member is made of another metal which is harder than the metal of the shell. The spring member has an operated portion and a press portion. When the operation portion moves the operated portion, the press portion is moved away from the contact portion. The press portion presses the conductive core against the contact portion under a connection state where the conductive core is connected with the connector.

CONDUCTOR TERMINAL
20250141126 · 2025-05-01 ·

A conductor terminal includes a rubber shell, control pieces, and clamping springs. A connecting section is formed in a height direction of each of the clamping springs. Each connecting section is connected between a highest position and a lowest position of each of the clamping springs. A total length of each connecting section is greater than a distance between the highest position and the lowest position of each of the clamping springs, making each connecting section more extended and disposed within the entire clamping spring. Moreover, the conductor terminal is flattened, which increases the size in the plug-in direction and significantly reduces the overall height, making the wiring connection more efficient and tighter. In this way, the conductor terminal is narrowed, and the conductor terminal product is made lighter and thinner.

Connection arrangement, connection clamp and electronic device

A connection arrangement for connecting an electrical conductor includes: a busbar; a clamping spring, which has a retaining leg and a clamping leg, the clamping leg being transferable into a clamping position and into a release position; a conductor connection space formed between a section of the busbar and the clamping leg of the clamping spring; a displaceably arranged guide element, which is in operative connection with the clamping leg of the clamping spring, the clamping leg being holdable in the release position by the guide element; and a pivotably mounted actuating element, by which the guide element is displaceable to transfer the clamping leg of the clamping spring from the clamping position into the release position. The clamping spring is arranged between the section of the busbar and the actuating element.

The release lever (5) has two lever arm portions (50) which are spaced apart from one another and which are immersed on both sides of the conductor introduction channel (60) at least partially into the insulating material housing (6). The lever arm portions (50) have in each case a guide portion (53) which face one another and form between them at least a part of the conductor introduction channel (60). The guide portions (53) in the idle position and/or in the actuating position, as seen in the conductor introduction direction, run toward the conductor terminal point (K) in a manner which narrows the conductor introduction channel (60).

Composite elastic wiring device

A composite elastic wiring device includes a shell, an operating assembly and a connecting terminal disposed in the shell. The shell is formed with a wire hole. The operating assembly includes an operating member, a first elastic sheet and at least one second elastic sheet. One end of the operating member has a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion, another end of the operating member is disposed with a triggering portion outside the shell. The first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet are stacked. The first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet have a first pressing end and a second pressing end, respectively. The first and second pressing ends blocking the wire hole in order. A wire in the wire hole is pressed by the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet.

Power connection module, with clamping of an electric cable termination by a strip with at least one deformable part, intended to form part of a terminal block of a connection assembly. An electrical connection module (3, 3, 3; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3) intended to form part of a terminal block of a connection assembly, of longitudinal axis (X), having a body provided with a cavity in which, after a cable termination contact has been inserted therein, it is clamped there between a fixed part and a part which is transversely deformable on contact with a strip, the clamping being effected from the outside by a tool and via a clamping mechanism with a cam and a force transmission component, or a lever, accommodated in the body of the module. The cam clamping mechanism provides the individual clamping of a termination contact in order to ensure the desired electrical continuity with a considerable force and a reduced space requirement within the module, the body of which has small dimensions.

Connection terminal for conductors
20250183561 · 2025-06-05 ·

A connection terminal for connecting a conductor is formed as a direct plug-in terminal with a clamping spring arranged in a housing with a resilient clamping leg which can move into an open position and into a locking position. There is provided an actuating device to press down the clamping leg into the open and locking positions for the insertion of a conductor. The housing has a conductor insertion channel for insertion of the conductor into a clamping point between a free end of the clamping leg and a busbar. The actuation device furthermore has a pressing element and a pivoting element which interacts with the pressing element at least when the clamping leg moves into the locking position. At least one releasing mechanism is provided to release the locking state of the clamping leg of the clamping spring. The pivoting element is formed to act on the pressing element and the pressing element is formed to act on the clamping spring, in particular the clamping leg. Wherein the pivoting element, when pivoting after the clamping leg is locked in the locking state, can be moved further up into a stop position, in which it comes to bear on a counter-stop.
