Bus Bar Subassembly and Electrical Assembly
A bus bar subassembly adapted to connect a first circuit board and a second circuit board includes a first bus bar, a second bus bar and a first electrical connector. The first bus bar is electrically connected to the first circuit board. The second bus bar is electrically connected to the second circuit board. The first connector is electrically connected to the first bus bar and the second bus bar.
LED LIGHT APPARATUS
A LED light apparatus includes an electrical connector device for electrically connecting a light source board and a driver board. The electrical connector device comprising an input terminal and an output terminal, one end of input terminal is fixed on the driver board of the LED light and electrically connected to the driver board. The output terminal includes a conductive terminal, an elastic clipping portion, and a resistance portion, the conductive terminal includes a conductive pin, the conductive pin is fixed on the light source board and electrically connected to the light source board, the resistance portion are placed on the conductive terminal, and when assembled, the other end of the input terminal elastically touches one end of the elastic resistance portion and the resistance portion touches the other end of the resistance portion. The electrical connector of LED light owns the advantages of simple structure and high reliability.
CIRCUIT BOARD MODULE
A circuit board module is electrically connectable to a socket by inserting one end part thereof into the socket, and includes a circuit board and a terminal board having a first surface provided with a column of socket-connection pads and mounted on the surface of the circuit board at the one end part. The terminal board includes first, second, and third pad columns provided on a second surface of the terminal board opposite to the first surface. The circuit board includes fourth, fifth, and sixth pad columns respectively provided on the surface of the circuit board opposing the second surface of the terminal board, at positions opposing the first, second, and third pad columns of the terminal board, respectively.
CONNECTOR FOR USE WITH PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A floating connector assembly device is provided. An electronic component is mounted directly or indirectly to a chassis of an electronic device. At least one conductive contact spring is mounted to the electronic component and configured to electrically couple to the electronic component. A printed circuit board having a fixed end and a free end with an electrical contact positioned between the two ends is positioned against the conductive contact spring, the contact spring being biased so that a contacting portion of the contact spring contacts the electrical contact to form an electrical connection. The electrical connection is maintained during relative movement of the conductive contact spring and the electrical contact of the printed circuit board by a bias force of the conductive contact spring.
Electrical connector device of LED light
An electrical connector device for electrically connecting a light source board and a driver board of an LED light. The electrical connector device includes an input terminal and an output terminal, one end of input terminal is fixed on the driver board of the LED light and electrically connected to the driver board. The output terminal includes a conductive terminal, an elastic clipping portion, and a resistance portion, the conductive terminal includes a conductive pin, the conductive pin is fixed on the light source board and electrically connected to the light source board, the elastic clipping portion and the resistance portion are placed on the conductive terminal, and when assembled, the other end of the input terminal elastically touches one end of the elastic resistance portion and the resistance portion touches the other end of the resistance portion. The electrical connector of LED light owns the advantages of simple structure and high reliability.
Printed circuit board with side access termination pads
A printed circuit board provides lateral notches for receiving wire conductors in a lateral direction to be joined with printed circuit board traces by solder or an insulation displacement connector eliminating the need for laborious sequential insertion of conductors through printed circuit board holes.
Conductor terminal
A conductor terminal with an insulating housing that has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electrical conductor and a contact pin insertion opening for inserting a contact pin, with a clamping spring for clamping an electrical conductor, wherein the clamping spring has a clamping leg with a clamping edge oriented so as to rest against the electrical conductor to be clamped, has a spring bend, and has a support leg, wherein the conductor insertion opening leads to the clamping edge in order to guide the electrical conductor to a clamping point formed by the clamping edge, and wherein the contact pin insertion opening extends into the interior of the insulating housing in the opposite direction to the conductor insertion opening and leads to the support leg in order to guide the contact pin for clamping to the support leg.
Flexible Flat Cable
The present invention provides a flexible flat cable. The flexible flat cable including: a first flexible flat cable and a second flexible flat cable, wherein: an end of the first flexible flat cable is connected with a first terminal; an another end of the first flexible flat cable is provided with a plurality of first pads; an end of the second flexible flat cable is connected with a second terminal; an another end of the second flexible flat cable is provided with a plurality of second pads connected with the plurality of first pads in one-to-one correspondence. The flexible flat cable according to the exemplary embodiments of the present invention can improve versatility, reusability and repairability of the flexible flat cable.
Wiring substrate and manufacturing method thereof
Disclosed is wiring substrate, the wiring substrate including a substrate having a high thermal conductive layer, in which at least one of a front surface and a rear surface of the substrate is a mounting surface for a variety of components; a window section formed in the substrate; and a connection terminal extended from an inside surface portion of the window section and bending in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate.
Electronic device and connector
A second connector of an electronic device is mateable with and removable from a first connector along a front-rear direction. The second connector has a cable protection portion which is located on a protected portion of a cable to protect the protected portion. The cable is led out from the cable protection portion in a direction intersecting with the front-rear direction. The first connector has a receiving portion and a regulating portion. The receiving portion receives the cable protection portion at least in part in a state that the first connector is mated with the second connector. The regulating portion is located above the cable protection portion in an up-down direction and overlaps with the cable protection portion in the state that the first connector is mated with the second connector.
