Electronic device
The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a casing, a terminal, a substrate, an electric connector, and a conductive adhesive. The terminal is fixed to the casing. The substrate is attached to the casing at a position where at least a portion of the substrate faces the terminal. The electric connector is fixed to a circuit wiring formed in the substrate at a position where the substrate faces the terminal. The electric connector protrudes toward the terminal from the circuit wiring. The conductive adhesive electrically and mechanically connects the terminal to the electric connector.
OPTICAL ASSEMBLIES WITH MANAGED CONNECTIVITY
An adapter block assembly includes an adapter block, a circuit board arrangement, and a cover attached to the adapter block so that the circuit board arrangement is held to the adapter block by the cover. Contact assemblies can be disposed between the adapter block and the circuit board arrangement. The cover can be latched, heat staked, or otherwise secured to the adapter block. Each component of the adapter block assembly can include one or more parts (e.g., multiple adapter blocks, multiple circuit boards, and/or multiple cover pieces).
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND CONNECTOR
A second connector of an electronic device is mateable with and removable from a first connector along a front-rear direction. The second connector has a cable protection portion which is located on a protected portion of a cable to protect the protected portion. The cable is led out from the cable protection portion in a direction intersecting with the front-rear direction. The first connector has a receiving portion and a regulating portion. The receiving portion receives the cable protection portion at least in part in a state that the first connector is mated with the second connector. The regulating portion is located above the cable protection portion in an up-down direction and overlaps with the cable protection portion in the state that the first connector is mated with the second connector.
CONDUCTOR TERMINAL
A conductor terminal with an insulating housing that has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electrical conductor and a contact pin insertion opening for inserting a contact pin, with a clamping spring for clamping an electrical conductor, wherein the clamping spring has a clamping leg with a clamping edge oriented so as to rest against the electrical conductor to be clamped, has a spring bend, and has a support leg, wherein the conductor insertion opening leads to the clamping edge in order to guide the electrical conductor to a clamping point formed by the clamping edge, and wherein the contact pin insertion opening extends into the interior of the insulating housing in the opposite direction to the conductor insertion opening and leads to the support leg in order to guide the contact pin for clamping to the support leg.
CIRCUIT BOARD WITH WIRE CONDUCTIVE PADS AND METHOD FOR FIXING THE WIRE CONDUCTIVE PADS TO THE CIRCUIT BOARD
A circuit board with wire conductive pads is provided for insertion of wires, and includes: a circuit board and a wire conductive pad. The wire conductive pad includes a main body in the form of a hollow column and an elastic locking piece extending from the main body. The main body includes a peripheral wall defining an insertion space. The elastic locking piece is inserted from the peripheral wall into the insertion space in an inclined manner to press towards the peripheral wall. Wires are inserted into the insertion space and clamped against the peripheral wall by the elastic piece, so that the wires can be prevented from falling off in a reverse direction, and thus can be connected to the circuit board in a more quick and stable manner.
Wiring substrate and manufacturing method thereof
A wiring substrate 11A includes a high heat radiation substrate 21 which has a high thermal conductive layer in which at least one of a front surface and a rear surface thereof is a mounting surface 21a for a variety of components; a connection terminal 31 which is extended from the high heat radiation substrate 21 and bent in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the high heat radiation substrate 21; and a heat radiation piece section 35 which is integrally installed to the connection terminal 31.
Helical spring backplane circuit board connector
A low-cost electrical connector that is capable of providing a single or a multiplicity of continuous electrical connections between two individual printed circuit boards, and method of making thereof.
Connector mitigating crosstalk for high speed communication
The present disclosure generally relates to a connector structure that prevents crosstalk in devices such as electronic and data storage devices. The connector structure is disposed in a different plane than the signal lines, but is connected to ground lines that are disposed in the same plane as the signal lines. The connector structure has a beam portion for each ground line. Additionally, there is a backbone portion that connects all of the beam portions. The beam portions are coupled to the ground lines by a ground bar. The ground bar can have a width that is equal to the width of the ground line. Additionally, the connection point between the ground line and the ground bar can be sloped, and the ground line and ground bar can be parallel to each other at the connection point. The connector structure prevents crosstalk between the signal lines.
Vehicle-mounted sensorless motor with edge-connected termination
An apparatus electrically connects a motor's on-board stator circuit board to multiple circuits on a controller circuit board using an edge connector on the controller circuit board that engages opposing pads on an edge of the stator circuit board. The edge connector includes tuning-fork-like conductors each with pairs of protruding arms positioned to both engage the pads for electrical contact and also frictionally engage the pads for mechanical retention. A related method of assembly uses the edge-connect system for quick, reliable and sure assembly even under blind assembly conditions.
HELICAL SPRING BACKPLANE CIRCUIT BOARD CONNECTOR
A low-cost electrical connector that is capable of providing a single or a multiplicity of continuous electrical connections between two individual printed circuit boards, and method of making thereof.
