This module for electrically connecting conductors comprises an electrically insulating body comprising means for removably fastening the body in a cavity of a sub-mount and means for mechanically fastening and electrically connecting conductors. It includes, for each conductor, an electrically conductive insert inserted into the body and comprising releasable means for mechanically fastening and electrically connecting the conductors and in that the electrical connection tabs of the module are secured to the insert.

A vehicular camera includes a front housing portion, a first circuit board having an imager, a second circuit board in board-to-board electrical connection with the first circuit board, and a rear housing portion having a connector for electrically connecting to an electrical connection of a wire harness of a vehicle. The rear housing portion when joined with the front housing portion forms a camera housing. The connector of the rear housing portion includes a multi-pin connector having at least three terminals that, with the rear housing portion joined with the front housing portion, electrically connect to respective terminals of the electrical connector at the second circuit board. The connector includes an electrically conductive metallic clamping element that engages a metallic shield element at the electrical connector at the second circuit board to establish a ground path from the connector of the rear housing portion to the second circuit board.

A spring connector includes: an insulating housing having a through hole; a conductor disposed on one end side of the through hole; and a conductive external contact pin disposed on another end side of the through hole. The housing has an opening portion on the other end side of the through hole. A part of the through hole and a part of the conductor form an internal space. The external contact pin includes a tip end portion configured to protrude from the opening portion and a main body portion positioned in the through hole. The external contact pin and the conductor are configured to be switched between a non-conductive state and a conductive state by moving the tip end portion of the external contact pin in a backward direction opposite to a protruding direction in which the tip end portion protrudes from the opening portion.

A connector includes a housing having a bore therein. A center conductor element is positioned in the bore and includes a center conductor pin. The center conductor pin is spring-biased to move longitudinally in the housing bore for being compressed. A ground sleeve element is coaxially arranged around the center conductor element and is also spring-biased to move longitudinally in the housing bore for being compressed. The center conductor element and ground sleeve element are coupled together for moving together in the housing bore when compressed. The compressed elements maintain their same coaxial position in the housing bore with respect to each other when the connector is compressed.

The housing comprises a bimetal inside or outside the housing. The bimetal comprises a first metal and a second metal, the first metal having a thermal expansion coefficient different from a thermal expansion coefficient of the second metal. The elastic force decreased or increased by contracting or expanding of the spring due to a temperature change is compensated with a warping force due to stretching of the first metal and the second metal.
