CABLE GLAND FOR GROUNDING A CABLE AND METHOD OF USE
A cable gland and methods for earthing, grounding, bonding, and electromagnetic capability with armored, metal-clad, and metallic-sheathed cable types. The cable gland comprises a gland body, a plurality of extensions, an elastomer seal, a compression member configured to rotate the plurality of extensions towards to the elastomer seal, and an earthing insert mounted in the gland body configured to electrically connect a cable to a neutral and/or grounded conductor. The cable gland is configured to provide an air-tight seal between the exterior of the cable and the elastomer seal through rotation of the plurality of extension upon the elastomer seal. The cable gland may include an o-ring and nut to secure the cable gland to a planar body. The earthing insert comprises a grounding spring in electrical communication with a metallic portion of the cable and a neutral and/or grounded conductor.
High jack support assembly
A high jack support assembly has an elongated hollow conduit having a first end and a second end. A cord and/or tube extends through the conduit from the first end to the second end. One or more connecting members are attached to the conduit and are used to attach the conduit to a support and hold the conduit in an upright position.

The cylindrical sleeve has an exterior surface proximate to the first axial extremity that includes a first peripheral rib extending around the entire circumferential extent of the exterior surface. The first peripheral rib has an outside diameter that is greater than the diameter of the cylindrical sleeve proximate to the first axial extremity. The cylindrical sleeve has an exterior surface proximate to the second axial extremity that includes a second peripheral rib extending around the entire circumferential extent of the exterior surface, the rib has an outside diameter is greater than the diameter of the cylindrical sleeve proximate to the second axial extremity.
CABLE SUPPORT
A backshell is configured to be connected to an electrical connector. The backshell includes a backshell body configured to receive a cable connectable with the electrical connector. The backshell also includes a fixed tail portion extending from the backshell body. The fixed tail portion provides a plurality of different connection positions spaced along a curved exit path extending from the backshell body. A fastening component can be connected to the fixed tail portion to retain the cable to the fixed tail portion at one of the plurality of different connection positions. The connection positions include fastening component engagement means, configured to retain the fastening component in position longitudinally with respect to the curved exit path. Connection of the fastening component at the different respective connection positions guides the cable from the fixed tail portion at different respective exit angles.
Electrical conduit connector
A connector for coupling a conduit to an electrical enclosure includes a body and a lock nut. The body extends longitudinally between a proximal enclosure end and a distal conduit end. The body has an enclosure port at the enclosure end, a conduit port at the conduit end, and an internal passage extending between the enclosure port and the conduit port. The enclosure end has radially opposed first and second retention tabs. The body has external body threads located distally of the retention tabs. Each of the retention tabs extend radially outward of a longitudinal projection of the external threads. The lock nut is mated with the external body threads. The lock nut has an enclosure engagement end opposed to distal facing enclosure engagement sides of the retention tabs. The lock nut is rotatable on the external body threads to advance the enclosure engagement end toward the retention tabs.
Adjustable transition coupler
An adjustable transition coupler for coupling AC/MC to conduit, the coupler having a body with a hollow cylindrical section and an extension member with a curved section, the cylindrical section having a slot to allow passage of a stop plate. The coupler has an insulator with a hollow bushing at one end for insertion into a cavity of the cylindrical section and a stop plate extending radially outward, the stop plate movable by an adjustment screw between minimum and maximum deflections. The stop plate stops AC/MC from passage into the cylindrical section. The hollow bushing stops the conduit positioned in the hollow cylindrical section from passage into the extension member. The coupler has a strap with a curved section complementary with the curved section of the extension member so as to secure a range of AC having different outer sheath diameters.
Coupling for electrical metallic tubing
A coupling may include a main body having a first circumferential end and a second circumferential end. The coupling may further include a first tab extending from the first circumferential end and a second tab extending from the second circumferential end, the first tab including a first opening to receive a fastener and the second tab including a second opening to receive the fastener. The coupling may further include a central tab extending from the first circumferential end, the central tab received within a central tab opening of the second circumferential end. In some embodiments, an electrical metallic tubing (EMT) may extend within a central cavity defined by a tubular shape of the main body. The coupling may further include a set screw extending through the first and second tabs for engagement with the EMT.
ADJUSTABLE TRANSITION COUPLER
An adjustable transition coupler for coupling AC/MC to conduit, having a body with a hollow cylindrical section and an extension member, the cylindrical section having a slot to allow passage of a stop plate. The coupler has an insulator (armor stop) with a hollow bushing at one end for insertion into a cavity of the cylindrical section and a stop plate extending radially outward, the stop plate movable by an adjustment screw between minimum and maximum deflections. The stop plate stops AC/MC from passage into the cylindrical section. The hollow bushing stops the conduit positioned in the hollow cylindrical section from passage into the extension member. The coupler has a strap to secure AC having different outer sheath diameters. Snap tabs on the insulator fit into holes in the body while a rib on the stop plate passes through a notch in the slot to facilitate installation and minimize movement.
