The method may include obtaining a plurality of first sets of magnetic resonance (MR) image data of an object generated based on a plurality of first sets of imaging sequences. The method may include obtaining a motion curve of the object. The method may include obtaining position emission tomography (PET) image data of the object generated in a scanning time period. The method may include generating one or more target motion fields corresponding to the scanning time period based on the plurality of first sets of MR image data and the motion curve. The method may include generating one or more corrected PET images by correcting, based on the one or more target motion fields, the PET image data.
LIVESTOCK HEART RATE MEASUREMENT WITH BOLUS SENSOR
Various examples describe a livestock monitoring system and method. A sensor signal may comprise a rotational component describing a rotation of the sensor within an animal and a linear component describing a linear movement of the sensor within the animal. The rotational component may be used to identify an animal respiration signal. The animal respiration signal and the linear component may be used to generate a respiration-corrected linear component. An animal heart signal may be detected from the respiration-corrected linear component.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND APPARATUSES FOR THE DETECTION OF OXYGEN TOXICITY RELATED SYMPTOMS
Methods, systems and apparatuses for determining oxygen toxicity in users is disclosed. Electrodermal activity (EDA) data from a sensor may be received. The EDA data may be indicative of one or more physiological signals derived from sweat gland activity of the user. Time-varying index values may be determined based on the EDA data. The time-varying index values may be compared to a threshold to determine if one or more of the values satisfies the threshold. Satisfying the threshold may indicate oxygen toxicity is occurring within the user. A notification may be caused to occur based on the time-varying index value satisfying the threshold. The notification may cause the user to take actions to reduce the potential for further oxygen toxicity.
Methods and systems for reducing false declarations of arrhythmias
Computer implemented methods and systems are provided that comprise, under control of one or more processors of a medical device, where the one or more processors are configured with specific executable instructions. The methods and systems obtain motion data indicative of at least one of a posture or a respiration cycle; obtain cardiac activity (CA) signals for a series of beats; identify whether a characteristic of interest (COI) from at least a first segment of the CA signals exceeds a COI limit; analyze the motion data to determine whether at least one of the posture or respiration cycle at least in part caused the COI to exceed the COI limit. Based on the analyzing operation, the methods and systems automatically adjust a CA sensing parameter utilized by the medical device to detect R-waves in subsequent CA signals; and detect an arrhythmia based on a presence or absence of one or more of the R-waves in at least a second segment of the CA signals.
Optical respiration rate detection device
A respiration rate detection device including a photoplethysmography (PPG) detector, an acceleration detector and a processing unit is provided. The processing unit calculates an acceleration peak frequency in an acceleration frequency spectrum, and takes a PPG acceleration peak frequency in a PPG frequency spectrum corresponding to the acceleration peak frequency as a respiration rate.
