SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT
A method for determining a deformation measurement of a couch in a medical procedure may include determining a first deformation measurement of the couch at a reference point, the first deformation measurement corresponding to a first working position of the couch. The method may also include determining a second deformation measurement of the couch at the reference point, the second deformation measurement corresponding to a second working position of the couch. The method may further include determining a difference between the first deformation measurement and the second deformation measurement and causing an adjustment of one of the first working position and the second working position of the couch based on the difference between the first deformation measurement and the second deformation measurement.

According to some aspects, a relatively low cost, relatively small footprint x-ray apparatus for generating monochromatic x-ray radiation suitable for medical/clinical purposes and appropriate for use in existing medical facilities such as hospitals and/or small clinical settings is provided.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COUCH SAG COMPENSATION IN IMAGE GUIDED RADIO THERAPY
A method and system for using in a two-modality apparatus. The two-modality apparatus comprises a couch with a table top, a first modality unit and a second modality unit. A second image of a target portion of an object when the table top is at a second working position of the second modality unit may be acquired. A second sag of the table top at a second measurement point of the table top according to the second image may be determined based on the image. A difference between a first sag of the table top at a first measurement point of the table top and the second sag may be estimated based on the second sag and standard data. The standard data provides a relationship relating to a sag of the table top positioned between the first modality unit and second modality unit.
Systems and methods for determining couch position
The present disclosure may provide a method. The method may include obtaining a PET dataset relating to a subject acquired, based on a tracer species in the subject, by a PET device. The PET dataset relating to the subject may be acquired for a time period when the subject moves by moving a couch on which the subject is supported. The time period may include a first time segment and a second time segment. The method may also include determining an activity distribution set of the tracer species in the subject within the time period. The activity distribution set may include a plurality of segment activity distributions. Further, the method may include determining an offset of the couch within the second time segment with respect to the first time segment based on the activity distribution set of the tracer species.
DETERMINING COUCH FRAME SHIFT
In an embodiment, a method (200) is described. The method comprises receiving (202) an indication of a weight on a moveable support (106) of a couch assembly (100). The moveable support is moveable relative to a couch frame (110) of the couch assembly. The method further comprises determining (204) a horizontal shift of the couch frame relative to an imaging apparatus (102) associated with the couch assembly based on a shift model indicative of the horizontal shift as a function of: the indicated weight on the moveable support; and a horizontal position of the moveable support relative to the couch frame.

System and method for couch sag compensation
The method may include obtaining a first set of imaging data affording a sagittal view relating to a subject and a first couch supporting the subject. The first couch may have a plurality of first positions reflected in the first set of imaging data as a first conformation. The method may also include determining a displacement field associated with a first set of imaging data with respect to the reference conformation based on the first conformation and a reference conformation. The method may further include adjusting the first set of imaging data with respect to the reference conformation based on the displacement field. In some embodiments, the method may include obtaining an image of the subject with respect to the reference conformation based on the adjusted first set of imaging data.
Motion evaluation system and method
A motion evaluation system includes a marker member including a body part having a first surface and a second surface parallel to the first surface, a reference indication part indicating a center of the first surface, and a plurality of markers arranged on the first surface to be spaced apart from the reference indication part. The marker member is arranged on an object such that the reference indication part is arranged at a reference point of a first coordinate system. A plurality of cameras generate coordinate images by respectively photographing the markers. A first coordinate calculator calculates first coordinate values of the markers in a first coordinate system by using separation distances of the markers and a first distance between the first surface and the second surface, the separation distances and the first distance being previously stored. A second coordinate calculator calculates second coordinate values of the markers in a second coordinate system by using the coordinate images generated by the cameras. A coordinate converter produces a conversion relationship between the first coordinate system and the second coordinate system by using the first coordinate values and the second coordinate values of the markers, and converts second motion information in the second coordinate system corresponding to a motion of the object objected by using the cameras to first motion information in the first coordinate system.
SEGMENTING AN ANGIOGRAPHY USING AN EXISTING THREE-DIMENSIONAL RECONSTRUCTION
A method for segmenting a two-dimensional angiographic recording of a vessel of a body using a computing apparatus includes providing a three-dimensional reconstruction of the vessel of the body to the computing apparatus. The two-dimensional angiographic recording of the vessel of the body is provided on the computing apparatus. The three-dimensional reconstruction of the vessel of the body is registered with the two-dimensional recording of the vessel of the body. Spatial information of the three-dimensional reconstruction is projected onto the two-dimensional recording, and the two-dimensional recording is segmented using the spatial information projected onto the two-dimensional recording.
