Devices, systems and methods for compressing, cutting, incising, reconfiguring, remodeling, attaching, repositioning, supporting, dislocating or altering the composition of tissues or anatomical structures to alter their positional or force relationship to other tissues or anatomical structures. In some applications, the invention may be used to used to improve patency or fluid flow through a body lumen or cavity (e.g., to limit constriction of the urethra by an enlarged prostate gland).
Multiple-firing suture fixation device and methods for using and manufacturing same
A multiple-firing clip device comprises a shaft comprising an exterior surface, an interior receiving therein suture fixation clips, and a distal end opening shaped to eject a suture fixation clip therefrom. The shaft defines a lateral opening and a distal shaft portion between the lateral opening and the distal end opening. A shuttle moves on the shaft and comprises a shuttle body, a snare having a distal snare portion, and a snare extension slide movable from the shuttle body along a given extent defining a slide distance and a distal end. The shuttle extends at least the distal snare portion distally through the lateral opening from the environment into the interior, through the distal shaft portion, and through the distal end opening along a length that is at least equal to the slide distance when the snare extension slide moves to the distal end of the given extent.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING A LIGAMENT
A surgical kit for repairing a damaged ligament includes a first anchor configured to be secured to a first bone during a surgical procedure to repair the damaged ligament. Suture tape is pre-attached to the first anchor prior to the surgical procedure and extends from the first anchor to a free end. The suture tape is configured to extend over the damaged ligament.

INVAGINATING DEVICE, A SUTURING APPARATUS, A SUTURING INSTRUMENT AND A METHOD FOR SUTURING A LUMEN, VESSEL OR ORGAN
A suturing apparatus comprises an invaginating device secured to a distal end of an endoscope for invaginating two parts of the interior of a wall of a vessel, for example, a stomach to be sutured together to form a gastric sleeve. The invaginating device includes a suction chamber for forming invaginated parts of the interior of the wall of the vessel. A suturing instrument extending through an instrument channel of the endoscope extends into the invaginating device, and is urged into or adjacent the suction chamber for inserting a suture into the invaginated part in the suction chamber. The next invaginated part is then formed, and the suture is inserted into it. The suture is then tightened to draw the two invaginated parts together.
SUTURE ANCHOR AND LACERATION REPAIR DEVICE
A suture anchor including a base, a deformable portion, and a first passage and a second passage each formed in the base to allow a suture to pass therethrough, wherein the deformable portion is a cantilever state having a fixed end, which is disposed at a side of one end of the base, and a free end, which is disposed at a side of the other end of the base relative to the fixed end and which is separated by a space from the base, and the deformable portion is deformable in a direction in which the free end approaches the base, the first passage communicates the upper side and the lower side of the base, the second passage communicates the space and a side of the one end of the fixed end, and the deformable portion is deformed due to a tensile force applied to the suture.
REINFORCED KNEE METHOD AND APPARATUS
An anchor for anchoring tensile members to bone includes: a housing having a hollow interior; a collet in the interior of the housing, having a central bore for accepting tensile members therethrough and an exterior surface, wherein the collet is configured to be swaged around the tensile members; a sleeve having opposed interior and exterior surfaces, the sleeve disposed in the hollow interior of the housing and positioned adjacent to the collet, so as to be movable between first and second positions; wherein at least one of the exterior surface of the collet and the interior surface of the sleeve is tapered and the sleeve and the collet are arranged such that movement of the sleeve from the first position to the second position will cause the collet to swage radially inwards around the tensile members; and a flange element, wherein the housing is pivotally mounted to the flange element.
SUTURING INSTRUMENT
A suture instrument comprising an elongated outer sleeve (3) and a cannula (9) terminating in a distal piercing tip (12) is slideable within a cannula bore (7) extending through the outer sleeve (3). A plurality of sutures (15), are located in a suture bore (14) extending longitudinally through the cannula (9). Each suture (15) comprises a suture thread extending between a pair of anchor bars (20), and a cinch clip (24), which is located on a loop (22) of the suture thread (7) formed between the anchor bars (20), and is slideable along the loop (22) for reducing the effective length of the suture thread (17) between the anchor bars (20). The anchor bars (20) and the cinch clips (24) of the sutures (15) are aligned end-to-end sequentially along the suture bore (14) of the cannula (9) with the cinch clip (24) of each suture (15) located between the anchor bars (20) thereof. A pusher rod (35) slideable in the suture bore (14) is operable by a linear actuator for sequentially urging the anchor bars (20) and the cinch clip (24) of each suture (15) from the suture bore (14) through the distal piercing tip (12) of the cannula (9).
