The first communication module is configured to transmit the data packet. By the adoption of the disclosure, the transmitting device can transmit the high-definition video data to a receiving device through the first communication module and based on a network cable or an optical fiber, so that lossless high-definition video transmission with ultra-low latency can be realized.

The method further provides transmitting a video stream encoded in a single format to the devices if they have similar profiles and transmitting video streams encoded in different formats to the devices if they do not have similar profiles.

The system processes the second set of presentation time stamps of the transcoded video stream to determine if the second presentation time stamps include jitter, and based upon determining the second set of presentation time stamps include jitter modifying the second set of presentation time stamps based upon the first set of presentation time stamps in the table.
