Disclosed is an electronic device including a shielding member. The electronic device includes a substrate having an electric element mounted thereon; a shield can mounted on the electric element and including an opening formed at a part facing the electric element; a shielding member mounted around a part in which the opening is formed on an outer surface of the shield can, and electrically connected to the shield can; a metal plate mounted on the shielding member, with the opening covered, and electrically connected to the shielding member; and a heat conductive member mounted in the opening and interposed between the electric element and the metal plate, and in contact with the electric element and the metal plate.
Polymeric electromagnetic shield for electronic components
An electronic device can include a circuit board, an electronic component mounted on the circuit board, a conductive contact disposed (e.g., deposited) on the circuit board, and a shielding polymer layer deposited over the electronic component. The shielding polymer layer includes a network of conductive pathways formed from sintered particles. The network of conductive pathways is electrically coupled to the conductive contact, which can be configured for connection to a power source ground. As such, the network of conductive pathways enables electromagnetic shielding of the electronic component.

An electromagnetic interference shielding structure is disclosed. The electromagnetic interference shielding structure includes an insulating member covering at least one circuit element mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB), a shielding member covering the insulating member, and a heat dissipator having a surface adhering to the shielding member to transfer heat emitted from the at least one circuit element to a place where temperature is relatively low.

An interface pad for suppressing electromagnetic and radio frequency radiation includes first and second generally opposing sides which define a thickness therebetween, with the interface pad exhibiting thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, and a hardness of between 10-70 Shore 00 at 20 C. The interface pad is capable of attenuating electromagnetic and/or radio frequency radiation that is commonly associated with interference of electronic components.

SHIELD CAP AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A shield cap for protecting an electronic component includes a cap member having a side wall portion and a ceiling portion, a conductive film formed on the cap member such that the conductive film is formed to shield electromagnetic waves, and a metal layer formed on a portion of the side wall portion such that the metal layer is interposed between the conductive film and the portion of the side wall portion. The side wall and ceiling portions are forming an accommodation space to accommodate an electronic component, and the metal layer is formed on a surface of the side wall portion on the opposite side of a surface of the side wall portion facing the ceiling portion and interposed between the conductive film and the side wall portion.
