A cable includes an insulating part and one or more conducting parts disposed inside the insulating part. The insulating part includes a polymer resin layer with a product of shrinkage ratios C.sub.MD*TD, which is expressed as a product of a longitudinal shrinkage ratio and a transverse shrinkage ratio, of less than 0.24.
Method for producing flexible conductive substrate with high transmittance and product thereof
The method for producing a transparent conductive substrate includes forming metal meshes on a flexible non-conductive substrate with high transmittance. It's unnecessary to use palladium as a catalyst in this method. The metal meshes are in the form of nano/micro wires and the conductive substrate has high transmittance of 80%-90% at visible light wavelengths of 390-750 nm.
Composite insulating film
Provided is a flexible and self-supporting insulating film including a base polymer layer and a partially cured poly(amide)imide layer applied to the base polymer layer. The composite insulating film may be used as slot liner to provide insulation to the components of the electric motor. The partially cured poly(amide)imide layer of the composite insulation film maybe further cured by the heat generated by the operation of the electric motor.
INSULATING MATERIAL AND WIRING MEMBER
There is provided an insulating material including a composite resin material comprising an organic resin and minute particles containing a metal element. The organic resin includes a resin material including polyester as a main backbone thereof and having an alkoxy group. The minute particles have an average particle size of greater than or equal to 0.5 nm but less than or equal to 50 nm. Such an insulating material is used as an insulating layer of a wiring member (wiring board, covered electric wire, etc.) including a conductor and the insulating layer which covers the conductor.
POLYESTER FOR PROFILE EXTRUSION AND/OR PIPE EXTRUSION
Thermoplastic molding compositions containing A) from 29 to 99.99% by weight of a polyester, B) from 0.01 to 10% by weight of an ionomer composed of at least one copolymer of B.sub.1) from 30 to 99.9% by weight of ethylene B.sub.2) from 0 to 60% by weight of 1-octene or 1-butene or propylene or a mixture of these and B.sub.3) from 0.01 to 70% by weight of functional monomers, where the functional monomers are selected from the group of the carboxylic acid groups, carboxylic anhydride groups, carboxylic ester groups and mixtures of these, where component B) has been neutralized to an extent of at least 20% with alkali metal ions, based on 100% by weight of A) and B), and C) from 0 to 70% by weight of other additional substances, where the sum of the % by weight values for A) to C) is 100%, for use in the production of cable sheathing or optical-conductor sheathing via blow molding, profile extrusion, and/or pipe extrusion.
LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION
A liquid crystal polyester resin composition includes a liquid crystal polyester (A) including repeating units represented by formulae (I) to (III),
##STR00001##
a liquid crystal polyester (B) including repeating units represented by formulae (IV) and (V),
##STR00002##
and surface-treated glass fibers (C) including an epoxy resin on the surface thereof, wherein the mass ratio of (A) to (B) [A/B] is from 90/10 to 45/55, the content of (C) is from 10 to 130 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of (A) and (B), and as measured in a bending test using a strip-like molded article (length: 127 mm, width: 12.7 mm, thickness: 0.5mm), the bending strength and the bending elastic modulus of the liquid crystal polyester resin composition are equal to or more than 330 MPa and equal to or more than 20 GPa, respectively.
DIFFERENTIAL TRANSMISSION CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS
A differential transmission cable and a wire harness is provided. The differential transmission cable 1 includes two electric wires, a non-conductive film that is wound around the two electric wires, and a sheath that is brought into contact with the periphery of the film in a filled state. The film has an adhesive layer in one surface of the film. The film is wound around the two electric wires such that the adhesive layer is arranged outside. In addition, the film is laterally wound around the two electric wires.
INSULATION SHEET FOR MOTOR
An insulation sheet for a motor according to present invention includes a first resin film layer and a second resin film layer that is laminated on at least one surface of the first resin layer via an adhesive buyer, in which the adhesive layer includes an acrylic polymer and a trimethylolpropane-tolylenediisocyanate trimer adduct, and has a gel fraction of 70% or lead.
