In this buckle device, a base end portion of a belt is folded back on itself to form a ring-shaped portion, and the belt is wound onto a spool in a state in which the ring-shaped portion of the belt has been inserted through an insertion hole in the spool. This enables a winding radius of the belt to be increased by the base end portion of the belt and enables a load at which the belt is permitted to be pulled out to be reduced, when the belt is pulled out from the spool.

A chinstrap harness for a safety helmet, the chinstrap harness comprising first and second elongate side sections of flexible material (12a, 12b, 12c), each side section having a first end and an opposing second end, wherein said first end comprises means (3a, 3b) to connect said chinstrap harness to a safety helmet, and the opposing second end of each side section includes means (1) for releasably coupling said side sections adjacent a user's face. In use, said first side section (12b, 12c) incorporating along its length, and intermediate its first and second ends, a safety device (10) coupled across a break in said second side section (12b, 12c), said safety device (10) being selectively configurable between a first configuration, in which said safety device is free to release when a tensile force applied to said chinstrap harness exceeds a first predetermined threshold, and a second configuration, in which it can sustain, without releasing, a tensile force of at least a second predetermined threshold, said second predetermined threshold being greater than said first predetermined threshold.

A magnetic buckle includes first and second buckle members. The first buckle member includes a first end and a second end adapted to engage a strap, a mounting surface, a latching aperture defined in the mounting surface, and a first magnet. A release direction extends along a longitudinal axis of the first buckle member from the first end to the second end. The second buckle member includes a joining surface adapted to be joined with the mounting surface, a latch hook adapted to engage the latching aperture extending from the joining surface, and a second magnet. The magnets pull the latch hook into engagement with the latching aperture when the joining surface is placed in proximity to the mounting surface. Engagement of the latching aperture by the latch hook prevents the second buckle member from being pulled apart from the first buckle member in a direction orthogonal to the mounting surface or against the release direction.

A protective guard for a hand, finger or thumb includes a first thermoplastic layer heat welded to second thermoplastic layer. The second thermoplastic layer has a thickness that is greater than the thickness of the first thermoplastic layer.

Disclosed herein is a buckle including a plug member and a socket member. The plug member includes a shaft part protruding from one side of a first body, a first magnet inserted into the shaft part, a connection recess formed on the outer face of the shaft part, and at least one guide protrusion formed on the inner wall of the connection recess. The socket member includes a connection protrusion formed on one side of a second body to be inserted into the connection recess, a coupling recess formed in the middle of the connection protrusion so that the shaft part is inserted into the coupling recess, a second magnet inserted into the coupling recess, and at least one guide groove formed in the outer surface of the connection protrusion to guide the guide protrusion.

The present disclosure provides an electronic apparatus and a wearable apparatus. The electronic apparatus may include a housing assembly and an electronic component. The housing assembly is configured to connect with a connector, and includes a housing and an engaging member. The housing defines a mounting groove. The engaging member is arranged in the mounting groove and capable of moving relative to the housing to engage with the connector or disengage the connector. The electronic component is disposed in the housing. The housing defines a sink. The housing assembly further includes a baffle mounted in the sink, and the baffle defines a through hole being configured to let the connector pass therethrough.

A buckle (100) includes a male buckle (110), a female buckle (120), and an actuating structure (130) disposed between the male buckle (110) and the female buckle (120). When the male buckle (110) and the female buckle (120) are engaged, the actuating structure (130) generates an actuating signal. When the male buckle (110) and the female buckle (120) are disengaged, the actuating structure (130) generates a disconnecting signal. A control circuit operates according to the actuating signal or the disconnecting signal, such that the control circuit is actuated more conveniently and the structure of the buckle (100) is simple.

Systems relating to a mechanical closure or locking device configured to allow for quick connect and disconnect. The systems can be used in conjunction with compression garments. The systems can include a buckle that couples to an anchor. The buckle and anchor can include complementary features that can mechanically interface to secure the buckle and anchor together. The buckle and anchor can include complementary magnetic elements to secure the buckle and anchor together. The buckle can be manipulated to tighten or loosen an adjustable strap.

A seat belt buckle for use in vehicles is provided. The seat belt buckle includes a base and a cover removably fixed to the base. The base includes a bottom surface, a pair of sidewalls, and a plate fixed to the bottom surface and extending laterally therefrom. The plate includes an opening having a width of or greater than about 2 inches. The seat belt (webbing) can be fed directly through the opening without the need to fold the webbing inward from its edges. The webbing can also be easily manipulated around and through the opening to avoid snagging or clogging the webbing in the buckle.
