An exemplary system, method and computer-accessible medium for determining an effect of a millimeter wave (mmWave) radiation on an object(s), can be provided, which can include, for example, receiving information associated with a thermal(s), E field or H field scan of at the object(s) based on the mmWave radiation, and determining the effect of the mmWave radiation(s) based on the information. The information can be determined using a bioheat equation, which can be a Pennes' bioheat equation. The information can include a specific absorption rate of the mmWave radiation and/or a temperature change across the at least one object. The object(s) can be a live subject(s).

The electronic device includes a composite antenna including a slot antenna and a wire antenna. A first strip-shaped conductor of the slot antenna includes a first ground part, a second ground part, and a feeding part. The first ground part and the second ground part are respectively two ends of the first strip-shaped conductor. The feeding part is located between the first ground part and the second ground part. A second strip-shaped conductor of the wire antenna includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the second strip-shaped conductor is electrically connected to the first ground part. The second end of the second strip-shaped conductor is an open end.

The second elongated part is formed of a conductive material, and is electrically coupled to the wireless communication circuit.

An antenna using a liquid metal is provided. The antenna includes a plurality of antenna structures, each having an inner cavity of a form corresponding to a radiator pattern; and at least one actuator connected to at least two of the plurality of antenna structures to control movement of the liquid metal to supply the liquid metal to at least one of the antenna structures. Thereby, deterioration of an antenna performance due to an influence of a human body can be prevented, and deterioration of an antenna performance can be prevented due to a form change of an electronic device including the antenna. In this manner, optimal antenna radiation performance can be dynamically realized.

In one embodiment, a method includes by an RF transceiver of a wireless communications device associated with a first user of an online system, receiving an RF reference signal from each antenna of a plurality of antennas coupled to the RF transceiver. The method also includes, by a processor of the wireless communications device, determining, for each antenna of the plurality of antennas, at least one characteristic of the RF reference signal. The method further includes, by the processor of the wireless communications device, characterizing, based on the at least one determined characteristic, at least one aspect of an environment around the device to determine that an object is approaching the device. The method also includes, by the processor of the wireless communications device, retrieving from the online system, based on determining that the object is approaching the device, information associated with the first user.
Concentrated Wireless Device Providing Operability in Multiple Frequency Regions
A radiating system for transmitting and receiving signals in first and second frequency regions includes a radiating structure, a radiofrequency system, and an external port. The radiating structure has first and second isolated radiation boosters coupled to a ground plane layer. A first internal port of the radiating structure is between the first radiation booster and the ground plane layer, and a second internal port is between the second radiation booster and the ground plane layer. A distance between the two internal ports is less than 0.06 times a wavelength of the lowest frequency. The maximum size of the first and second radiation boosters is smaller than 1/30 times the wavelength of the lowest frequency. The radiofrequency system includes two ports connected respectively to the first and the second internal ports of the radiating structure, and a port connected to the external port of the radiating system.
