METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING WAKEUP PACKET IN WIRELESS LAN SYSTEM
A method and an apparatus for transmitting a wakeup packet in a wireless LAN system are proposed. Specifically, a transmitter generates a wakeup packet by applying an OOK scheme. The transmitter transmits the wakeup packet to a receiver via an 80 MHz channel. The 80 MHz channel includes first to fourth subchannels. If some of the first to fourth subchannels are busy or there are no pending wakeup packets for the receiver in some of the subchannels, some of the subchannels are punctured. The wakeup packet is transmitted via the remaining subchannels of the first to fourth subchannels. Each of the first to fourth subchannels is a 20 MHz channel.
Method and apparatus for sending sounding reference signal SRS
This application provides a method including: receiving first configuration information of a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource from a network device, where the first configuration information includes a repetition factor of the SRS resource, and the repetition factor of the SRS resource is a quantity N of positions at which the SRS resource is mapped to a same subcarrier and mapped to at least one continuous symbol in one time unit, where N≥1 and is an integer; determining at least one first frequency domain resource to which the SRS resource is mapped in a first time unit.
Discovery reference signals in narrowband communications
A method and a system for narrowband wireless communication is disclosed. The base station constructs a DRS comprising a first set of contiguous NPSS subframes followed by a second set of contiguous repeating NSSS subframes. The DRS may further comprise a third set of NSSS subframes followed by a fourth set of NPSS subframes. The base station may apply a cover code to symbols of the NPSS subframes. The base station transmits the NPSS/NSSS subframes as part of a DRS subframe on an anchor channel.
Methods and apparatuses for signaling hopping transmission
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for signaling frequency hopping information for data transmissions sent over a plurality of transmission time intervals. In some cases, a sequence may be selected and transmitted to indicate whether frequency hopping is used and/or additional information about how the frequency hopping will occur.
COMMUNICATION DEVICE, COMMUNICATION METHOD THEREOF, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A communication device communicates a radio frame including a preamble and a data field of a physical layer (PHY). The preamble includes an L-STF (Legacy Short Training Field), an L-LTF (Legacy Long Training Field), an L-SIG (Legacy Signal Field), an EHT-SIG-A (Extremely High Throughput Signal A Field), an EHT-STF (EHT Short Training Field), and an EHT-LTF (EHT Long Training Field), and the EHT-SIG-A includes a subfield indicating whether data are concurrently transmitted from a plurality of communication devices to a common partner device.
Methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving uplink information
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus of transmitting uplink (UL) information and a method and apparatus of receiving UL information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method of transmitting UL information comprises transmitting a reference signal using a first sequence; and transmitting UL control information using a second sequence; wherein a reference signal and the UL control information are staggered-multiplexed in frequency domain. With embodiments of the present disclosure, the uplink information can be transmitted in reduced uplink symbols so as to adapt for a proposed subframe structure with reduced uplink symbols and thus, the transmission latency can be reduced greatly.
SEARCH SPACE CONFIGURATION METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE
This disclosure provides a search space configuration method and apparatus, and a communications device, and relates to the field of wireless communications technologies. The search space configuration method is applied to user equipment and includes: monitoring at least one synchronization signal block; obtaining configuration information of a search space corresponding to a detected synchronization signal block, where the configuration information includes QCL modulus information and/or information about a discovery reference signal transmission window; and determining a position of a search space for a physical downlink control channel PDCCH based on time synchronization information of the detected synchronization signal block and the configuration information.
TIME DOMAIN ORTHOGONAL BASE SEQUENCE BASED PUCCH TRANSMISSION
Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide generation of a set of orthogonal sequences for transmission of a signal including a payload using an orthogonal base sequence in a time domain. In one example, the orthogonal base sequence in the time domain may be a pi over 2 (pi/2) binary phase shift keying (BPSK) sequence in the time domain, such as prior to transform precoding for transmission. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide for the set of orthogonal sequences to be generated such that the set of orthogonal sequences are orthogonal within a symbol (e.g., an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing symbol) by applying an intra-symbol orthogonal cover code (OCC). Applying the intra-symbol OCC provides intra-symbol orthogonality. Thus, a peak to average power ratio of a user equipment is reduced for uplink transmissions and intra-symbol orthogonality is preserved
Payload with synchronization information
Various aspects of the disclosure relate to communication using a data unit that includes a payload with synchronization information. In some aspects, a first apparatus may transmit a data unit that includes at least one synchronization symbol in the payload. A second apparatus that receives the data unit may thereby recover synchronization information from the data unit even if interference at the second apparatus prevents the second apparatus from recovering synchronization information in a preamble of the data unit. In some aspects, the second apparatus may determine, based on information in the at least one synchronization symbol, whether and/or when to conduct a spatial reuse transmission. In some aspects, the second apparatus may determine, based on information in the at least one synchronization symbol, an amount of time to defer transmission.
