An anchoring structure for an annular member includes a housing including a first casing and a second casing, and the annular member. The annular member is partially interposed between the first casing and the second casing. The annular member includes an external member that protrudes to an outside of the housing, and an internal member connected to the external member and located on an inside of the housing. The first casing includes a first engagement portion into which a first end of the internal member is inserted, the first engagement portion limiting the first end from moving in a direction away from the first casing. The first casing includes a second engagement portion limiting a second end of the internal member from moving in the direction away from the first casing while the first end of the internal member is engaged with the first engagement portion.

Disclosed is a generally planar automotive service tag, and method of using the same, having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes multiple foldable tags for describing service information, wherein each of multiple foldable tags fold and unfold along a foldable edge of the first end to indicate a status of a corresponding vehicle service. Each of the foldable tags has a male portion at a second end. The second portion of the automotive service tag includes an identifier for identifying the automotive service tag, and a plurality of female portions for each corresponding male portion of the plurality of foldable tags. The second portion further includes a protrusion that extends along an edge of a top end and a hanger portion that extends from the top end, the hanger portion being used to hang the automotive service tag on the rear-view mirror of a vehicle.

The wide area network tracks the plurality of tracking devices anywhere and stores data of each tracking device including its last known position and its sensor data.
