PRINTING APPARATUS AND A PRINTING METHOD THEREFOR
An image shifter creates plural pairs of shift image data. A shading corrector and a halftone dot processor create halftone shift image data from shift images. Further, a difference image creator creates halftone common image data which is a common part of a pair of halftone shift image data, and creates halftone positive difference image data and halftone negative difference image data each of which is a difference between the halftone common image data and one of a pair of halftone shift image data. A composite image creator synthesizes the halftone common image data corresponding to an amount of positional deviation, and the halftone positive difference image data or halftone negative difference image data. A controller executes printing on web paper. Since the image data is only synthesized, processing load can be lightened even if printing is performed to restrain positional deviations.
ITERATIVE UNIFORMITY COMPENSATION MECHANISM
A printing system is disclosed. The printing system includes at least one physical memory device to store halftone calibration logic and one or more processors coupled with the at least one physical memory device to execute the halftone calibration logic to receive print image measurement data corresponding to a first halftone design associated with each of a plurality of pel forming elements, generate measurement data for each of the pel forming elements based on the print image measurement data, generate a uniformity compensated halftone for each of the pel forming elements based on inverse transfer functions corresponding to each of the pel forming elements and the first halftone design and transmit the uniformity compensated halftone for each of the pel forming elements.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, IMAGE READING APPARATUS, CALIBRATION METHOD
An image forming apparatus performs the following. An imaging range imaged by each of the plurality of imaging sensors includes an overlapping portion between the imaging sensors adjacent in a width direction orthogonal to a conveying direction along the conveying path. A hardware processor performs a calibration operation of a first sensor based on a color measuring result of a predetermined inspection image measured within a standard imaging range of the first sensor among the plurality of imaging sensors, and a standard imaging result within the standard imaging range imaging an inspection image with a same pattern as the inspection image. The hardware processor compares imaging results by the plurality of imaging sensors in the overlapping portions and performs the calibration operation of another sensor different from the first sensor using the standard imaging result as a standard.
Color management for information processing apparatus, printing system, management method for image forming, and medium
An information processing apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises at least one memory; and at least one processor, wherein the at least one memory stores at least one program that causes the at least one processor to perform operations including acquiring, periodically, in response to a request, or both, a color verification result of a printed article printed by an image forming apparatus from a storage storing a color measurement result of a printed article printed by the image forming apparatus, and in a case where the color verification result for the image forming apparatus to execute an instructed image forming satisfies a reference, executing the instructed image forming.
Uniformity compensation refinement mechanism
A printing system is disclosed. The printing system includes at least one physical memory device to store uniformity compensation logic and one or more processors coupled with the at least one physical memory device to execute the uniformity compensation logic to receive print image measurement data corresponding with each of a plurality of pel forming elements, generate a first set of intermediate images based on the print image measurement data, determine whether historical sets of intermediate images are available, generate first transfer functions corresponding to each of the pel forming elements based on the first set of intermediate images and the historical sets of intermediate images upon a determination that the historical sets of intermediate images are available and transmit the first transfer functions for each of the pel forming elements.

COELENTERAZINE ANALOGUES
Described are substituted imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine compounds, which are coelenterazine analogues, kits comprising the analogues, and methods of using the compounds for the detection of luminescence in luciferase-based assays. Also described are methods from making the compounds, such as a method using aminopyrazine acetophosphonates as synthesis intermediates.
NAIL POLISH KIT FOR USE BY AN AUTOMATED NAIL POLISH APPLICATION APPARATUS
A kit for usage by a nail polish application apparatus, the kit comprising one or more nail polish capsules. Each of the nail polish capsule(s) comprises a body portion defining a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid and a non-screw detachable cover having an integrated nail polish applying element. The non-screw detachable cover is mechanically coupled to an upper face of the body portion to seal an opening in the upper face.
Image recording apparatus, image recording method, and correction information acquisition method
In an image recording apparatus, when an image is recorded on a recording medium, the recording medium passes through a head part only once. Before the image is recorded, a value of a color component of at least some of pixels included in the image is corrected in order to reduce color mixing unevenness. At that time, on the basis of respective values of two reference color components among a plurality of color components of a correction target pixel, a value of one target color component included among the two reference color components is corrected. Alternatively, on the basis of respective values of three reference color components among the plurality of color components, a value of one target color component or respective values of two target color components included among the three reference color components are corrected.
CORRECTION VALUE SETTING METHOD, TEST PATTERN RECORDING METHOD AND TEST PATTERN RECORDING DEVICE
A recording step for driving a recording head having a plurality of nozzles arranged in a first direction, and recording a TP in which a plurality of patches having densities different from each other are arranged in a second direction, a reading step, a calculating step for calculating a correction value for each raster line, and a setting step for setting the correction value for each raster line as a correction value to be used for recording processing are included, and among the plurality of patches constituting the TP, when a highest density patch is a first patch and patches other than the first patch are second patches, in the recording step, a length in the second direction of the first patch is made greater than a length in the second direction of at least one of the second patches and the TP is recorded.
