Speaker assembly for electronic device

Systems of the present disclosure include an electronic device with a chassis and a speaker assembly. The speaker assembly can include a speaker support surrounding a speaker and coupled to the chassis via a spring element. The spring element can be monolithically formed with a main body of the speaker support and be configured to reduce transmission of vibrations from the speaker to the chassis. For example, the spring element can include an arm that extends within an opening of the main body to connect the main body to a fastener secured to the chassis. The spring element can be provided with features that facilitate wide distribution of loads and relative movement between the speaker assembly and the chassis.

Plate member of acoustic equipment

A plate member of an acoustic equipment includes a flat plate that constitutes at least a part of the plate member that is used in the acoustic equipment. The flat plate includes a first drawn portion and a second drawn portion. The first drawn portion is recessed in a thickness direction of the flat plate with respect to a predetermined plane orthogonal to the thickness direction of the flat plate and has a rectangular outline when viewed in the thickness direction of the flat plate. The first drawn portion and the second drawn portion are arranged adjacent to each other so as to provide a predetermined gap therebetween. When a standing wave is formed on the flat plate, the first drawn portion and the second drawn portion are arranged so that the gap is located in a position of an antinode of the standing wave.

Method for producing a plastic-coated loudspeaker housing and plastic-coated loudspeaker housing

A method for producing a plastic-coated loudspeaker housing comprises the putting together of a loudspeaker housing from a plurality of housing wall elements. The put-together loudspeaker housing is placed in a mold. This is followed by a surface coating of the put-together loudspeaker housing by introducing a liquid, curable plastic into the mold.
