CONVERTIBLE DENTAL ASSEMBLY
A convertible dental assembly is disclosed herein. The convertible dental assembly includes abutments adapted for fixing with implants; fixed-hybrid housings adapted for fixing with the abutments through a fixing screw; and removable-hybrid housings, adapted for engagement with abutments through snap fit parts. The fixing screw and the snap fit part are fixed to the abutments through same female threads on the abutments. The fixed-hybrid housings are used for a fixed-hybrid dental assembly during period of healing of the implants, and replaced by the plurality of removable-hybrid housings along with the snap fit parts for a removable-hybrid dental assembly after the period of healing of the implants. The fixed-hybrid housings and the removable-hybrid housings can be captured in the dental assembly via chair-side pickup at respective instances. The removable-hybrid housings can be placed indirectly by a dental laboratory if a new denture is being fabricated. The abutment includes an outer frustoconical profile that engages with matching frustoconical cavities in the fixed-hybrid housings and removable-hybrid housings.
System of Triple Abutments with TConnect
A System of Triple abutments with Tconnect comprising T-abutments to place at least three dental crowns over a one only osseointegrated implant and only one T-abutment, for partial fixed cases and new total fixed segmented cases, T-Over abutments with Plug T for use of overdentures over only one abutment and only one osseointegrated implant too, T-healing for guide specific gingival contour of the Tconnect in the healing phase and T-guides, to guide the implant surgery to be positioned for the use of abutments of this system. The all abutments of this system has Tconnect, being an exclusive design support with paraboloid multidimensional contour in double shape curvature with three pins disposed in the form of a tripod (in triangular arrangement) and are adaptable to all the implant/abutment fitting connections of market. All system may be individualized, make in process type CAD-CAM or prefabricated (manufactured type) and it can receive any type of surface treatment. The new biomechanical possibilities of the invention provide stability, passivity, greater precision of adaptation and better distribution of tensions, a fundamental advantage for use of the immediate load. The soft tissue is favored by immediate loading too. The new fixed arrangements with segmentation promotes cleaning and longevity for the system. This invention provides superior resistance of the abutments, long-lasting esthetic and reduction of the bone grafts, clinical time and costs, ensuring predictability of the results.
Dental implant with improved prosthetic interface
Dental implants, dental abutments, and dental systems are disclosed. A dental implant can include an implant body having a longitudinal axis, a coronal end, and an apical end. An internal bore can be provided within the implant body, and can have a coronal end, adjacent to the coronal end of the implant body, and an apical end. The internal bore can include a first internally facing surface, extending from the coronal end of the internal bore towards the apical end of the internal bore, at least a portion of which tapers inwardly towards the apical end of the internal bore. The internal bore can further include an internally threaded portion positioned between an apical end of the first internally facing surface and the apical end of the internal bore. A dental abutment can be configured to engage with the dental implant.
HIGHLY SELF-TAPPING DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM WITH HYBRID CONNECTION AND PARALLEL DOUBLE CONE LOCKING BETWEEN PROSTHETIC ABUTMENT, IMPLANT AND INTERNAL SCREW
Highly self-tapping dental implant system with hybrid cone type connection and interlocking rails, which allows high insertion (or removal) torque and double parallel cone locking between the implant, prosthetic abutment and internal screw, even in its 3.0 mm diameter embodiment, and gives the whole system high primary and secondary stability, optimal watertightness thanks to the double cone sealing, as well as predictable long-term fixation of the dental prosthesis on the implant.
FIXTURE FOR A DENTAL IMPLANT AND AN IMPLANT SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME
Disclosed are a fixture for a dental implant and an implant system comprising the same. The implant system of the present inventive concept comprises: a first fixture having a first body part and a first continuous screw part which is formed in a spiral around the outer circumferential surface of the first body part and is formed continuously without a break; and a second fixture having a second body part that is identical to the first body part, and a second continuous screw part which is formed in a spiral around the outer circumferential surface of the second body part and which has an outer diameter that differs from that of the first continuous screw part. The present inventive concept allows implant operations to be carried out in a more straightforward fashion than hitherto since, even if initial fixture placement fails, a subsequent fixture can be placed straight away without any further drilling work.

Dental implant, abutment, implant system and implant set
A dental implant for insertion in a jaw bone has a receiving opening arranged on a coronal end of the dental implant for an abutment, the receiving opening when viewed from the coronal end having a taper section and an indexing section, the indexing section having at least one outwardly extending groove arranged along a circular circumference, the taper section having a conical angle of less than 3.
DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM
A dental implant system including an implant, a prosthetics component, and a fastener. The implant and the prosthetics component are configured to assume a first taper connection and a second taper connection with one another. The implant has a male connection portion of the first taper connection. The prosthetics component is placed upon the implant and when the prosthetics component is not fastened to the implant by the fastener, a tolerance region is formed between the implant and the prosthetics component. The tolerance region is configured such that on fastening with the fastener, mating connection portions of the taper connections can be pushed further into one another.
Dental implant system with positive abutment screw locking and retrieval mechanism
A new dental implant system with positive abutment screw locking and retrieval mechanisms is provided. The abutment screw is positively locked by a keying pin to improve fatigue life. The abutment screw is also equipped with a special feature that greatly improves the retrievability of the broken screw from inside the implant. In addition, the keying pin is designed with a lock nut as a sub-assembly for ease of installation.
