By using key structures which allow an unambiguous relative positioning, it is possible to produce mold blanks consisting of several layers, from which molded bodies can be produced by machining in an automated manner. These bodies may not only have an irregular but predefined shape, but they also have at least one irregular but predefined parting surface between two layers, the positioning on this parting surface relative to the surface being predefined.

ANGLE ADJUSTMENT STAGE DEVICE FOR DENTAL TECHNIQUE

A base shaft 4 with a built-in magnet is rotatably projected on a base 1. A rocking body 7 has a square substrate 8, a sphere 9, a sphere holder 10 rotatable around an axis which extends through the center of the substrate and perpendicular to the substrate, and a stopper for fixing the sphere holder at a desired rotational position. The sphere holder holds the sphere in such a way that the sphere is fixed at a desired rotational position. A stage is attached to the sphere through a support rod 20. A lower portion of the sphere protrudes downward from the sphere holder and substrate. The rocking body is magnetically coupled to the base shaft at a lower end of the sphere. An elevating body 21 is fitted on the base shaft and fixed by a set collar 22 at a desired height. The elevating body has a recess for receiving the lower portion of the sphere. The rocking body takes a horizontal position when the elevating body is brought into contact with the substrate of the rocking body, but takes a tilt position when a side of the substrate is brought into contact with an upper surface of the elevating body after the elevating body is lowered. An angle display mechanism 23 displays a tilt angle at the tilt position of the rocking body depending on the height of the elevating body.

Method for producing a dental prosthesis

The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis from a prosthesis base and a plurality of prosthesis teeth, characterized by the following chronological steps: providing the prosthesis teeth and the prosthesis base, wherein the prosthesis base comprises a plurality of tooth sockets for locating the basal surfaces of the prosthesis teeth; applying a plastically deformable connecting means onto the tooth sockets and/or basally onto the prosthesis teeth; locating the prosthesis teeth into the tooth sockets of the prosthesis base and in this situation connecting with the aid of connecting means to the prosthesis base in such a way that the prosthesis teeth, after locating in the tooth sockets, are movable in relation to the prosthesis base, wherein the position and the alignment of the prosthesis teeth to the prosthesis base remain retained if no external force effect is exerted onto the prosthesis teeth; changing the position and/or the alignment of at least one prosthesis tooth in the prosthesis base; and hardening the plastically deformable connecting means, and securely connecting the prosthesis teeth in this situation to the prosthesis base, wherein the position and the alignment of the prosthesis teeth in relation to the prosthesis base are retained. The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced by such a method, and a set for carrying out such a method.

The array device of an aspect of the present invention is an array device to be attached to a denture plate and one or more artificial teeth to thereby array the one or more artificial teeth on the denture plate, the array device comprising: a body having one or mere recesses recessed in conformity with crown shapes of the one or more artificial teeth, wherein the body includes one or more positioning portions for positioning the one or more artificial teeth on the denture plate.

Method for producing a prosthesis or partial prosthesis

A method for producing a prosthesis or partial prosthesis based on digital data, using multiple teeth present in a dental arch (14) and a prosthesis base to be produced. The prosthesis base is rough-milled by a milling tool, i.e. is milled in a first step, and the prosthesis base present as a semi-finished product, in particular in regions of the prosthesis base on which the teeth and the prosthesis base abut against each another and/or are to be bonded to each other, is partially milled, i.e. is milled in a second step, by a different milling tool, thereby being brought to a target height which corresponds to the desired bonding gap between the prosthesis base and the tooth or dental arch (14).
