This invention relates to a button comprising a button body having a through-hole at the center thereof. The button body of the button comprises a left half part and a right half part, which are segmented left and right by a virtual straight line passing through a gate position, on the button body, corresponding to a gate of a mold for molding the button and the center of the button body. The button body includes one or more concave portions or one or more convex portions on an outer surface of the button body. The button is characterized in that the concave portions or the convex portions are provided asymmetrically in the left and right half parts. The button body includes a nonlinear weld line at least on the outer surface.

The disclosure discloses a method for forming a rubber layer on a surface of a resin material. In the method, painting is first performed on the surface of the resin material to form a painting layer, using a paint to which a pigment has been added; then, rubber coating is performed to form a rubber layer on the painting layer. The method of the disclosure may be used in surface treatment of a fastener product. The disclosure further discloses a slide fastener, a buckle and a snap button using the method of the disclosure. The method of the disclosure may solve a conventional problem that a rubber coating is likely to fall off a resin surface, and the rubber on the surface of the resultant fastener product is less likely to fall off.

This invention relates to a modular dog toy comprising three disparately sized and shaped components, each having a hollow cavity for the reception of foodstuffs. The components each comprise a male connector and a female connector. One of the components has at least one additional connector about its surface. These three disparate components may be connected in a variety of different configurations to modify the difficulty of obtaining the food for the dog. This allows the modular dog toy to be tailored to suit the requirements and physical abilities of the dog.
