Video voicemail greeting system
The disclosed audio/video voicemail greeting system provides a user options to have multiple, customized, audio/video voicemail greetings of their choosing in response to a particular call or caller or groups of callers and the ability to choose between the various options in response to an incoming call. Users can create and save a plurality of custom audio/video voicemail greetings and the system allows the user to easily toggle between them in real time in response to an incoming call.
User-customized call filtering system and method
A user-customized call filtering system and method for vetting and filtering incoming calls from unwanted callers including robocallers. The system and method includes a user-customized call filter software application hosted on a cloud-based system that communicates with a native call filter application stored on end-user devices including smart phones, over a wired or wireless communication network. The native call filter application includes a host of pages that are selected by and presented to, end-users to customize a blacklist and whitelist with telephone numbers associated with incoming calls that are unwanted and terminated, granted immediate access to end-users, or granted access to end-users based on predefined schedule filters that are defined by geographic location of originating callers, geographic location of end-users, and/or on a particular date, day, and/or time. The system and method includes a dynamic query engine that generates and presents queries to callers associated with unknown and unverified incoming calls to solicit human responses for determining whether such callers are human or likely robocallers.
CALLMAIL
Systems and methods for automatically providing an individualized voice message to a specific individual who attempts to initiate a voice call with a user during a period of unavailability are provided. A processor may receive, from a first telecommunications device associated with a first Mobile Station (MS), an individualized voice message for a second telecommunications device associated with a second MS via a telecommunications network. The processor may further receive an indication that the second telecommunications device is attempting to initiate a voice call with the first telecommunications device. The processor may determine that a first user associated with the first telecommunications device is not available, and may transmit the individualized voice message to the second telecommunications device.

AUTOMATED UNAVAILABILITY RESPONSE FOR CALL HANDLING
Automated unavailability response for call handling is used to notify an incoming caller that a subscriber is unavailable to answer the incoming call. An incoming call that is initiated from an originating caller device is received at a network server for routing to a terminating user device of a specific subscriber. A user profile of the specific subscriber that includes one or more unavailability notification settings for the incoming call is retrieved from a user profile database. An unavailability notification message is selected from a data store based at least on the one or more unavailable notification settings. The unavailability notification message is sent from the network server to the originating caller device.
