CEMENT PACKING KYPHOPLASTY SURGICAL DEVICE AND METHOD
20230037079 · 2023-02-02 · ·

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a balloon kyphoplasty surgical device comprising an extrusion tube having internal fluid channels and a support wire, a port arrangement positioned on a proximal end of the extrusion tube and a balloon arrangement positioned on a distal end of the extrusion tube, the balloon arrangement resulting in a cubic shape when inflated by the port arrangement. An exemplary implementation may be configured with multiple inner balloons housed in an outer balloon to create a specific shape. Some designs may be configured with multiple ports designed to individually and independently inflate each inner balloon and outer balloon. The outer balloon may be inflatable. The outer balloon may be sealed off, constraining inflation of the inner balloons to create a cubic-like shape when the inner balloons are inflated within the sealed outer balloon, resulting in improved vertebral structure stabilization by increased surface area lifting the bone.

Spinal implant system and method

A spinal implant includes a body having opposite first and second end walls and opposite first and second side walls. The side walls each extend from the first end wall to the second end wall. A first cap is coupled to top ends of the walls. A second cap is coupled to bottom ends of the walls. The implant includes an opening extending through the caps such that the first cap defines a first ledge extending from the walls to the opening and the second cap defines a second ledge extending from the walls to the opening. Systems and methods of use are disclosed.

BONE GRAFT DELIVERY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING SAME

The present disclosure relates to a system, apparatus and method for near-simultaneous and integrated delivery of bone graft material during the placement of surgical cages or other medical implants in a patient's spine. The integrated fusion cage and graft delivery device according to various embodiments delivers and disperses biologic material through a fusion cage to a disc space and, without withdrawal from the surgical site, may selectively detach the fusion cage for deposit to the same disc space. The integrated fusion cage and graft delivery device is formed such that a hollow tube and plunger selectively and controllably place bone graft material and a fusion cage in or adjacent to the bone graft receiving area. The system also includes a cover plate that secures to the fusion cage.

TOE IMPLANT, RELATED KIT, SURGICAL METHOD, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING

Disclosed herein is a toe implant for replacing a portion of a human toe joint, as well as a related kit, surgical method, and method of manufacturing. Specifically, the toe implant may include a bearing member having a curved interface surface and a fixation member coupled to the bearing member. The fixation member may include a first portion having a non-porous barrier, and a tapered second portion.

METHODS FOR LESS INVASIVE GLENOID REPLACEMENT

The invention features a glenoid (shoulder socket) implant prosthesis, a humeral implant prosthesis, devices for implanting glenoid and humeral implant prostheses, and less invasive methods of their use for the treatment of an injured or damaged shoulder.

METHODS AND DEVICES FOR LESS INVASIVE GLENOID REPLACEMENT

The invention relates to a glenoid (shoulder socket) implant prosthesis, a humeral implant prosthesis, devices for implanting glenoid and humeral implant prostheses, and less invasive methods of their use for the treatment of an injured or damaged shoulder.

ARTICULATING AND EXPANDABLE INTERBODY FUSIONS DEVICES

Expandable fusion devices, systems, and methods thereof. The expandable implant may include first and second lateral legs and link plates pivotably joined between them. The lateral legs may include upper and lower endplates configured to engage adjacent vertebrae, an actuator assembly including a rotatable actuator having a shaft and a rotatable nut, and driving ramps positioned along the shaft of the actuator. The actuator assembly may cause independent movement of one or more of the driving ramps, thereby causing an expansion in height of the upper and lower endplates of the lateral legs and passive expansion of the connected link plates.

INTERVERTEBRAL IMPLANTS HAVING POSITIONING GROOVES AND KITS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
20230068626 · 2023-03-02 ·

Spinal implants, spinal implant systems, and methods for inserting spinal implants are provided. The implants can be implanted in an intervertebral space between adjacent superior and inferior vertebrae. The implant includes a superior implant surface having one or more superior positioning grooves configured to receive a corresponding superior positioning rail and an inferior implant surface having one or more inferior positioning grooves configured to receive a corresponding inferior positioning rail when the implant is implanted in the intervertebral space.

Hip Joint Device and Method
