A semiconductor package includes a semiconductor substrate, a conductive pad on the semiconductor substrate, a redistribution line conductor, a coating insulator, and an aluminum oxide layer. The redistribution line conductor is electrically connected to the conductive pad. The coating insulator covers the redistribution line conductor and partially exposes the redistribution line conductor. The aluminum oxide layer is provided below the coating insulator and extends along a top surface of the redistribution line conductor, and the aluminum oxide layer is in contact with the redistribution line conductor.

A display module is disclosed. The display module includes a pixel that includes: first to third self-luminescence elements that are configured to emit light of an ultraviolet wavelength range; first to third color conversion layers respectively corresponding to light emitting surfaces of the first to third self-luminescence elements; a first color filter and a second color filter respectively corresponding to the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer; a transparent resin layer corresponding to the third color conversion layer and disposed on a same plane as a plane at which the first color filter and the second color filter are positioned; a transparent cover layer that covers the first color filter, the second color filter, and the transparent resin layer; and an ultraviolet (UV) cutoff filter that covers the transparent cover layer.
Thin semiconductor chip using a dummy sidewall layer
The present disclosure provides devices and methods in which a semiconductor chip has a reduced size and thickness. The device is manufactured by utilizing a sacrificial or dummy silicon wafer. A recess is formed in the dummy silicon wafer where the semiconductor chip is mounted in the recess. The space between the dummy silicon wafer and the chip is filled with underfill material. The dummy silicon wafer and the backside of the chip are etched using any suitable etching process until the dummy silicon wafer is removed, and the thickness of the chip is reduced. With this process, the overall thickness of the semiconductor chip can be thinned down to less than 50 μm in some embodiments. The ultra-thin semiconductor chip can be incorporated in manufacturing flexible/rollable display panels, foldable mobile devices, wearable displays, or any other electrical or electronic devices.
