An object of the present invention is to provide an exothermic device which is capable of reaching a high temperature upon use, and capable of sustaining a high temperature state for a prolonged period of time. The present invention provides an exothermic device (1) including: an exothermic agent (5); and a packaging material enclosing the exothermic agent (5). The packaging material is in the form of a flat bag composed of a first surface and a second surface. Each of the first surface and the second surface includes a breathable region (2) and a non-breathable region (3).

Cooling pack for hemorrhoids
12150890 · 2024-11-26 ·

The cooling pack for hemorrhoids is a medical device. The cooling pack for hemorrhoids is a therapeutic device. The cooling pack for hemorrhoids is adapted for use in the treatment of a hemorrhoid. The cooling pack for hemorrhoids is a thermal pack. The cooling pack for hemorrhoids is cooled below 15 degrees C. The cooling pack for hemorrhoids forms a therapeutic structure that is placed against the hemorrhoid while cold. The cooling pack for hemorrhoids comprises a shell and a thermal gel. The shell forms a containment structure that encloses the thermal gel. The thermal gel is a chemical with a high thermal capacity. The thermal gel provides a heat exchange medium that rapidly cools the hemorrhoid when placed against the hemorrhoid.

HOT/COLD BREAST PACK

A hot/cold breast pack has a front sheet exhibiting a first thermal conductance and a back sheet exhibiting a second thermal conductance different from the first thermal conductance. The front and back sheets are bonded together at their periphery to enclose a gel. The user selects one of the front sheet and the back sheet for application to the breast to deliver heat or cold therapy.

Conforming heating pad

The present disclosure is directed to a heating pad that conforms to body parts of a user. The conforming heating pad can be worn to provide heat relief on different parts of a user's body. In an embodiment, a conforming heating pad includes a first layer on a posterior side of the heating pad, a second layer, a third layer, and a fourth layer on an anterior side of the heating pad. A continuous heating element is distributed throughout the second layer. The continuous heating element is capable of being selectively heated to increase the temperature of the heating pad. The third layer has a plurality of cavities formed in it. Each cavity holds a plurality of beads. When the heating pad is applied to a body portion of a user, the weight of the beads applies a force against the conductive heating element, the second layer, and the first layer to thereby conform them to the body portion of the user.
