The battery powered heating pad for the breast generally includes a battery powered (or electrically-powered) heating pad for the breast. The heating pad includes a U-shaped body sized and shaped to be removably positioned within a pocket in a heating pad holder for attachment to a maternity bra. The heating pad also includes a U-shaped heating element positioned in alignment with the U-shaped body to provide heat at the outer surface of the U-shaped body. A power unit is also adapted to fit within the body, and is electrically connected to the heating element to provide electrical power to it. An open portion of the U-shaped body allows access to a woman's nipple without removing the electrically-powered heating pad.

The apparatus detects an abdominal wall relaxation indicating bloating or distention based on second data from the one or more biosensors. The present invention relates to a unique therapeutic garment that wraps around the torso of a patient with a chest related ailment or recovering from a chest related procedure such as, without limitation, a mastectomy, lumpectomy, or the like. The therapeutic garment comprises a web, band or tube-like post-surgical wrap having two opposite ends along the length of the garment, which are secured together over the torso of the user. The therapeutic garment further comprises two pockets that are attached to, or integrally formed with, the wrap garment, such that one pocket covers the left breast of the wearer and the other pocket covers the right breast. Each of the pockets has an opening therein for receipt of a hot pack, cold pack and/or therapeutic device to combat swelling, pain and the like.

The present invention relates generally to the field of therapeutic accessories. More specifically, the present invention relates to a body-worn accessory which can be used to provide heating or massaging to an area of the body. The invention has a body with a front surface, a rear surface and an interior surface, a battery and a remote. The interior surface of the body has at least one heating or massaging element that is powered by the battery, and can be controlled by the remote. The remote further allows a user to control the heat or massage level of the at least one pad and the activity/inactivity of the element. The body of the device may also have a pouch to store one of a battery, pad or sponge.

The therapy boot comprises a hard outer shell having an open anterior portion, a base portion, a posterior portion, two oppositely disposed side portions, and a pocket with an opening provided in each of the side portions. The therapy boot also comprises an air bladder comprising two inflatable chambers, a corresponding one of the two inflatable chambers being disposed on an inside of each of the side portions. Respective gel packs are also provided which are adapted to be inserted into one of the respective openings of the pockets in between the air bladder and at least one of the lower leg or the ankle. The gel packs are pressed against at least one of the lower leg and the ankle by the corresponding inflatable chamber of the air bladder.
