An accessory secures items about the about the head, neck or waist of a user. The accessory drapes from the user and has plural elongate, flexible elements with at least first and second groupings having different lengths. Each of the elements extends to free ends separated from each other by a central region. A first grouping of the elements is shorter than the second grouping. All of the groupings are secured together in the central region. A connector is attached to one or both of the free ends of at least one of the elements. A termination is at one or both of the free ends of at least a portion of the plurality of elements. An item is selectively attachable to the connector. In certain implementations, a slidable element is mounted to at least one of the elements which is manually movable to reveal or conceal an attached item.

A necklace anchor is disclosed which is designed to lay flush with the users neck. The necklace anchor has a flat flexible base and an attachment bar. The attachment bar, which is D shaped, allows the wearer to clip their necklace to the attachment bar to assist in keeping the necklace in place. The attachment bar is secured to the base by way of two securement washers which provide support and stability to the necklace anchor. The securement washers further assist in preventing breakage. The necklace anchor attaches to the user by way of a medical grade adhesive.

The jewelry comprises a back plate that further comprises a pinion lock monolithically attached over a first surface portion of the back plate; a spring reel encased within the back plate and detachably affixed to the pinion lock, the spring reel comprises a string coiled around an outer periphery of the spring reel; and a spring within an inner periphery of the spring reel. Further, a back plate cap encased within the back plate to secure the spring reel, the back plate cap comprises a first set of attachment units. Further, a front plate attached at one end of the string, the front plate comprises a second set of attachment units. The front plate is configured to engage with the back plate cap via the first set of attachment units and the second set of attachment units.
