IMPROVED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
There is presented a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for conditioning air within a chamber, the system comprising: an inlet, an outlet, and a conditioning unit, the conditioning unit comprising a fan, and a heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with the air within the conditioning unit, wherein during operation, air is urged through conditioning unit by the fan such that heat is exchanged between the air and the heat exchanger, wherein the fan is configured to vary the flow rate of air urged through the conditioning unit to thereby control the amount of heat transferred between the air and the heat exchanger.
ELECTRIC VALVE
An electric valve, comprising a housing and an end cover. A cavity and a valve port are formed in the housing. The electric valve further comprises a rotor assembly, a rod assembly, and a valve core assembly; the rotor assembly is connected to one end of the rod assembly; and the other end of the rod assembly is connected to the valve core assembly. The electric valve further comprises a sealing component, and the sealing component is distant from the valve port with respect to the valve core assembly; the sealing component comprises a first cylindrical portion, a membrane portion, and an annular sealing portion; by providing the sealing component, the first cylindrical portion is connected to the rod assembly and a connection position is sealed.
EXPANSION VALVE
An expansion valve (1) is described to include a housing (2) having in inlet port (3) and an outlet port (4), a valve seat (5) arranged between the inlet port (3) and the outlet port (4), a valve element (6) movable over an operating stroke between a closed position at the valve seat (5) and an opened position away from the valve seat (5), and an actuator (7), wherein the actuator (7) has an electric rotary motor (8) acting on the valve element (5) by means of a threaded spindle (10) and a nut (9), wherein one of spindle (10) and nut (9) is rotatably driven by the motor (8) and the other one is rotatably fixed. Such an expansion valve should have the possibility for a simple assembly. To this end, in a disassembled condition of housing (2) and actuator (7), the actuator (7) has a mounting stroke which is at least two times the operating stroke, wherein the mounting stoke extends the operating stroke.
CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROL SYSTEM
A control system and a control method, which can control an electronic expansion valve. The method comprises: acquiring a temperature signal of an electronic expansion valve outlet and a pressure signal of the electronic expansion valve outlet; determining a first current degree of superheat on the basis of the temperature signal of the electronic expansion valve outlet and the pressure signal of the electronic expansion valve outlet; and a processing unit controlling, according to the requirements of an upper computer or the requirements of a set condition, an electronic expansion value to operate one of a temperature control mode, a degree of superheat control mode and an opening control mode. The technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention improves the real-time performance and the accuracy of control of an electronic expansion valve.
AIR CONDITIONER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An air conditioner includes: a fan configured to discharge air cooled by a refrigerant; and at least one processor configured to receive a user input for setting an airflow volume of air to be discharged and a desired temperature, increase a frequency of the compressor to a first critical frequency and maintain the frequency of the compressor as the first critical frequency in response to determining that a temperature difference between an indoor temperature and a desired temperature exceeds the critical temperature difference while controlling the fan to discharge the air with the set airflow volume, determine whether an unsatisfactory condition has occurred, based on at least one cool air-conditioning sensation measurement item while maintaining the first critical frequency, and increase the frequency of the compressor to a second critical frequency to further decrease a current temperature of the air in response to determining that the unsatisfactory situation has occurred.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ) ANALYSIS SYSTEM
A building system can connect to temporary air quality sensors installed throughout spaces of the building for a period of time. The building system can receive air quality measurements of the temporary air quality sensors over the period of time and disconnect from the temporary air quality sensors at an end of the period of time, wherein the temporary air quality sensors are uninstalled at the end of the period of time. The building system can generate a control strategy based on the air quality measurements, the control strategy for controlling equipment of the building to improve air quality of the building and cause a building management system to implement the control strategy to control the equipment of the building to improve the air quality of the building.
Air cleaner
An air cleaner disposed in an indoor space is disclosed. The air cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a blowing device including a suction port and a discharging port, a fan motor configured to cause air flow, a purification unit installed in the blowing device to clean air, a flow conversion configured to change a flow direction of air discharged from the discharging port, a communication unit configured to communicate with a moving agent moving in the indoor space, and a processor configured to receive feature information collected by the moving agent and associated with a structure of the indoor space, obtain a type of the indoor space by using the feature information, and control an operation of at least one of the fan motor and the flow conversion device by using the type of the indoor space to adjust at least one of an operation mode, a wind direction, and a wind volume.
Method and apparatus for compressor
A compressor is provided. The compressor according to the present disclosure includes: one or more impellers suctioning and compressing refrigerant; a motor rotating the impeller; a rotation shaft to which the impeller and the motor are connected; a gap sensor measuring a displacement change of the rotation shaft as a frequency change; a temperature compensation sensor determining a frequency compensation value according to a temperature change around the gap sensor; and a control unit calculating a displacement amount of the rotation shaft by reflecting the frequency compensation value provided by the temperature compensation sensor and the frequency change measured by the gap sensor.
SCROLL COMPRESSORS WITH DIFFERENT VOLUME INDEXES AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SAME
A plurality of scroll compressors with different fixed volume indexes are connected in fluid parallel circuit and configured to selectively operate to maximize isentropic efficiency at different condensing temperatures. Different quantities of scroll compressors of different volume indexes may be selected based upon typical climate or geographic location environmental conditions to attempt to maximize efficiency. A controller may selectively operate different combinations of the compressors of different volume indexes bases up load demands and condensing temperature conditions, which may be determined in a variety of ways.
DUAL SPEED MOTOR CONTROLLER AND METHOD OF OPERATION
A two-speed motor is stored in mounted in a housing with an end cap. The end cap has a tubular structure defining an interior space, including an open first end connectable to the motor casing. The second end includes at least one planar surface and at least one air grate configured to permit airflow into and/or out of the interior space. A dual speed pump controller includes a motor controller for operating the dual speed motor. The controller includes an operating speed circuit for operating the motor in one of a first speed or a second speed, the first speed being greater than the second speed; an event circuit for operating the motor at the first speed before a predetermined event and operating the pump at the second speed after the predetermined event.
