ABSORBENT ARTICLE COMPRISING A LOWER ACQUISITION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
An absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and a layer of absorbent material interposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, wherein the layer of absorbent material (28) comprises superabsorbent polymer. The absorbent article further comprises a lower acquisition and distribution system with at least one nonwoven or woven layer, the lower acquisition and distribution system being interposed between the layer of absorbent material and the backsheet. The absorbent article has a first zone corresponding to 800 μm starting from and including the topsheet and extending towards the backsheet, and a second zone corresponding to 800 μm starting from and including the backsheet and extending towards the topsheet. The amount of liquid in the first and second zone is very small as measured by the NMR test method set out herein.
Disposable diaper
[Technical problem] A disposable diaper having excellent performances in both the absorbable capacity and the absorption rate, is provided. [Solution to problem] The above problem is solved by a pad type disposable diaper 200, in which a top sheet 22 is formed of a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric, and absorbent bodies 23A and 23B are formed of a lower layer absorbent body 23B and an upper layer absorbent body 23A provided on a front surface of the lower layer absorbent body 23B, wherein a slit 40 having a predetermined width is provided in the upper layer absorbent body 23A at least at a crotch portion C2 so as to extend in a front-back direction, and the slit 40 having the predetermined width is not provided in the lower layer absorbent body 23B, the top sheet 22 includes a depressed portion 30 that is depressed into the slit 40, and multiple low permeation portions 80 are provided with intervals at least in the depressed portion 30, the low permeation portions 80 being portions in which fibers are welded to each other in a state of being compressed in a thickness direction.
ABSORBENT CORE AND ABSORBENT ARTICLES COMPRISING SAID CORE
An absorbent core comprising a front portion; a back portion; a middle portion positioned between the front portion and the back portion; and a longitudinal axis extending along a length of said core and crossing said front, middle and back portions, the absorbent core having a width extending perpendicular to said length and a perimeter comprising at least two opposing ends and at least two opposing sides positioned between said ends, said core being a multi-layer core comprising at least two distinct core layers, wherein a first core layer comprises a first concentration of super absorbent polymer therein and a second core layer comprises a second concentration of super absorbent polymer therein said first and second concentrations being different, wherein at least said first core layer comprises one or more channels, said channel(s) being continuous and interconnected at least along the length and the width of said core such that at least two channel portions extending along said length are in fluid communication via a connecting channel portion positioned proximal to said back portion.
Pad type disposable diaper
An absorbent of a disposable diaper is formed of a lower layer absorbent and an upper layer absorbent, wherein a pair of left and right slits is extended in a front-rear direction region including a crotch portion, wherein the left slit and the right slit are spaced apart in a width direction, wherein a top sheet includes a depressed portion that falls into the slits, and wherein, in at least a region located between the slits in the top sheet, a large number of convex portions is arranged in a zigzag manner while being spaced apart by an interval, and the interval between the adjacent convex portions in the width direction is shorter than each of sizes in the width direction of the convex portions located at the front side and at a rear side of a part of the interval.
Absorbent product
In an absorbent product (1), a first absorbent sheet (22) is disposed between a top sheet (21) and a back sheet (23). A second absorbent sheet (22a) is disposed between the first absorbent sheet (22) and the back sheet (23). The first absorbent sheet (22) includes a first upper sheet (221), a first highly absorbent material (222), and a first lower sheet (223). The first absorbent sheet (22) extends in the longitudinal direction beyond the longitudinal edges of the second absorbent sheet (22a) on both longitudinal sides. On each longitudinal side, an extension (224) of the first absorbent sheet (22) beyond the second absorbent sheet (22a) includes a back-sheet contact region (225) that is spaced in the longitudinal direction from the longitudinal edge of the second absorbent sheet (22a) and that is in contact with the back sheet (23).
