INCONTINENCE PAD WITH VARYING THICKNESS PROFILE
The incontinence pad comprises a fluid permeable topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent core being located between the topsheet and the backsheet. The absorbent core comprises a first core layer and a fluid control layer. The first core layer comprises 100 gsm superabsorbent material or more. The absorbent core has a varying thickness profile as seen in the longitudinal direction (L), with a first thickness (T1) in the intermediate portion and a second thickness (T2) in the rear portion. The first thickness (T1) in the intermediate portion is from 9 mm or more and the second thickness (T2) is 4 mm or less, as measured under a load of load of 0.5 kPa. The region which has the second thickness (T2) extends 30 mm or more in the longitudinal direction (L) from the core rear edge and toward the core front edge.
Absorbent articles with multi-pieces acquisition layer
An absorbent article having a front side, a back side, a longitudinal axis notionally extending in a longitudinal direction from the middle of the front side to the middle of the back side. The absorbent article has a length L measured along the longitudinal axis. The absorbent article comprises a liquid permeable topsheet on the wearer-facing side, a liquid impermeable backsheet on the garment-facing side, an absorbent core between the topsheet and the backsheet, and an acquisition layer comprising two or more discrete longitudinally-orientated stripes of an acquisition material between the topsheet and the absorbent core. The topsheet forms recesses at the surface of the absorbent article in the gaps between the stripes.
Absorbent pad for a garment
The present disclosure generally relates to an absorbent pad for use in a garment. The absorbent pad includes: a liquid impermeable barrier layer; a functional layer attached to the barrier layer, the functional layer comprising a liquid absorbent component; a liquid impermeable peripheral sealing element bonded to peripheries of the functional layer and barrier layer; and a peripheral attaching element having a first portion and a second portion, the first portion bonded to the peripheral sealing element. The second portion of the peripheral attaching element is detached from the peripheral sealing element and is arranged to be attached to a fabric body of the garment, thereby attaching the absorbent pad to the garment.

An absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and a layer of absorbent material interposed between the topsheet and the backsheet is provided. The layer of absorbent material comprises superabsorbent polymer. The absorbent article comprises a lower acquisition and distribution system with at least one nonwoven or woven layer. The lower acquisition and distribution system is interposed between the layer of absorbent material and the backsheet. The absorbent article comprises a wetness indicator composition.

A water repellent is applied to a spun lace nonwoven fabric in which a surface sheet comprises 100% by weight of cotton fibers, and a large number of openings that penetrate the obverse and reverse surfaces are formed in at least a portion that corresponds to an excretory opening. A heat-fusible fiber sheet is disposed adjacent to the absorber side surface of the surface sheet. A plurality of adhesive portions are formed between the surface sheet and the heat-fusible fiber sheet along the longitudinal direction and spaced apart in the widthwise direction of an incontinence pad. A compressed groove recessed from the outer surface of the surface sheet toward the absorber is formed close to the adhesive portions.
