HANDLE DEVICE
There is provided a handle device. The handle device includes a base member, a handle member, and a swing member. The handle member has a grasp portion. The swing member includes a handle-side abutting portion, a base-side abutting portion, and a rotational pivot portion. As the handle-side abutting portion comes away from a bottom portion of the base member, the base-side abutting portion comes close to the bottom portion of the base member.
Handle device for vehicle door
A handle device for a vehicle door is provided in which a tact switch that can switch between switching modes in response to a pressing-in operation of an operating button is housed and fixed within a housing recess of a handle main body so as to be electrically connected to printed wiring of a board. The printed wiring is disposed at a different site from one face, facing a cover member side, of the board, the tact switch which is fixed to the one face of the board is electrically connected to the printed wiring, a flange portion abutting against the one face of the board is provided integrally with a switch cover covering the tact switch and connected to the operating button, and the push-in stroke of the operating button is restricted to a predetermined value or below with a hold-down member engaged with the handle main body.
Window vent stop with plastic spring member for bi-directional biasing of the tumbler
A window vent stop for use in a sliding sash window or a sliding door assembly. The vent stop has a housing adapted to be disposed in a recess in the non-movable sash member. This housing includes a cavity with a bottom plate therein. The tumbler has at least one pivot for pivotally securing the tumbler to the housing for movement between an extended position, to prevent movement of the sliding member and a retracted position, to allow movement of the sliding member. Also within the housing the tumbler is formed with a plastic member for selectively biasing the tumbler. The housing has one or more flexible members extending from the end walls of the housing that secure the housing to an opening in a window sash when a portion of the window sash is positioned between the underside of a lip on the housing and the flexible member.
HANDLE FOR A VEHICLE DOOR
A handle for a vehicle door is provided that includes an activation member configured to activate a latch of a vehicle door and a grip member that cooperates with the activation member to unlatch the door. The grip member is movable between a flush position where a gripping part extends flush to an external panel of the door, an active position where the gripping part is graspable by projecting from the panel and the grip member cooperates with the activation member, and an opening position where the grip member drives the activation member to activate the latch and unlatch the door. In one form, a driving mechanism and actuator lever drives the grip member between the flush and active position. When the grip member is pulled in an opening direction, the grip member drives the activation member which in turn activates the latch to unlatch the door.
METHODS FOR PREVENTING UNINTENDED ACTIVATION OF POWER SLIDE DOOR
Systems and methods are provided for preventing the unintentional operation of a flush mounted handle assembly for a power slide door of a vehicle. A dual-directional handle base may be provided, pivotally coupled to a case fixed in a recess of a power slide door of a vehicle. The handle base may have a first end and a second opposing end. The first and seconds ends may be configured for a selective pivotal movement in opposite directions about a pivot axis. A bell crank may be provided, coupled to the case, and configured to rotate upon engagement with the handle base in order to actuate a switch assembly sending a signal to an ECU. Methods may include determining, at the ECU, that the signal was not transmitted as a result of a vehicle impact. After such determination, the method includes activating operation of the power slide door.
METHODS FOR PREVENTING UNINTENDED OPERATION OF PIVOTING DOOR HANDLE
A flush mounted handle assembly is provided for a power slide door of a vehicle. The handle assembly includes a case fixed to the door, the case defining a rear wall and opposing side portions. A bell crank is provided configured to coordinate selective power and manual operational modes of the assembly. The assembly includes a handle base having a first end and a second opposing end. The first and seconds ends are configured for selective pivotal movement in opposite directions about a fixed pivot axis to engage the bell crank. A pair of weighted paddles is provided, each rotatable about an axis independent from the handle base axis. One or more paddle biasing members is provided to bias the weighted paddles against the handle base, minimizing movement of the handle base in the manual operational mode upon an impact, or during an unintended rotational movement of the handle base.
FLUSH POWERED SLIDE DOOR HANDLE WITH SELF-CENTERING BELL CRANK
A self-centering handle assembly is provided for a vehicle door. The handle assembly includes a pivoting handle base coupled to the vehicle door at a pivot axis, and includes a front face having a first and second opposing ends. The first and seconds ends are configured for a selective pivotal movement in opposite directions about the pivot axis. First and second drive arms are provided extending a distance from a rear portion of the handle base and configured for coordinated movement with the respective first and second ends of the handle base. A bell crank is provided, coupled to the handle assembly, and configured to rotate about a second pivot axis. Rotation of the bell crank is driven by movement of the first and second drive arms. A biasing member is in contact with the bell crank and urges the bell crank to a return to a self-centering, rest position.
FLUSH POWER SLIDE DOOR HANDLE
A flush mounted handle assembly for a vehicle is provided, operable with both power and manual modes of opening and closing a slide door. The flush mounted handle assembly may include a case configured to be fixed in a recess of a power slide door of a vehicle. A dual-directional handle base may be provided, pivotally coupled to the case. The handle base may have a first end and a second opposing end. The first and seconds ends may be configured for a selective pivotal movement in opposite directions about a pivot axis. A bell crank may be provided, coupled to the case, and configured to rotate upon engagement with the handle base in order to actuate a switch assembly and to coordinate different operations of the power slide door.
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
A flush-mounted handle assembly for a cargo door having an exterior rotatable handle having a bumper assembly and an interior rotatable handle, a housing having a cavity for receipt of the exterior rotatable handle and an actuator positioned between the interior rotatable handle and housing. The housing having a skid plate positioned within the cavity for receipt of the bumper when the exterior rotatable handle is rotated and the housing also having a shaft removably connected to the housing by a nut for receipt of the actuator.
Locking apparatus
A locking apparatus is provided that relates to a fastener and is used to solve a problem that time and labor are consumed and installation efficiency is low in a locking process of an existing locking apparatus. The locking apparatus is configured to lock a first module and a second module, and includes a locking body that is installed on the first module and a locking piece that is installed on the second module. The locking body includes a housing and a rotating block disposed inside the housing, where the rotating block is connected to a handle that drives the rotating block to rotate out of or into the housing, and the locking piece has a notch that accommodates the rotating block. The present invention is used to implement locking between modules.
