COMPOSITION COMPRISING TWO POLYGLYCERYL FATTY ACID ESTERS
The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) at least one oil; (b) at least one first polyglyceryl fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 13.0 or more, preferably 13.5 or more, and more preferably 14.0 or more; (c) at least one second polyglyceryl fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 10.0 or less, preferably 9.0 or less, and more preferably 8.0 or less; and (d) water, wherein the composition has a turbidity of 150 NTU or less, preferably 130 NTU or less, and more preferably 110 NTU or less. The composition according to the present invention can be less sticky.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition in the form of a nano- or micro-emulsion, comprising: (a) at least one oil; (b) at least one polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, preferably with a polyglyceryl moiety derived from 3 to 6 glycerins, more preferably 5 or 6 glycerins; (c) at least one hydrotrope; and (d) water. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention has a dispersed phase which has a smaller diameter due to a combination of the (b) polyglyceryl fatty acid ester and the (c) hydrotrope. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can be in the form of a nano- or micro-emulsion with transparent or slightly translucent.

The present disclosure relates to a nanoemulsion cosmetic composition including an oil phase and an aqueous phase, wherein the oil phase contains a ginseng nanopowder and an oil swollen by the ginseng nanopowder, the composition does not contain an additional surfactant, and the ginseng nanopowder is distributed uniformly in the composition. According to the present disclosure, there is provided a nanoemulsion cosmetic composition which contains a natural substance by containing a ginseng nanopowder and an oil swollen by the ginseng nanopowder in an oil phase and provides beneficial effect to skin.

The present invention provides a microemulsion mixture, comprising a microemulsion and an active ingredient, wherein the microemulsion comprises a water phase composite, comprising a water solution and a moisturizer; an oil phase composite; and a surfactant composite; and the active ingredient is the substrate of cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme. The microemulsion of the present invention inhibits the expression of the cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme so as to improve the efficacy of the active ingredient in the microemulsion mixture. The present invention further provides a method of using the microemulsion mixture, a pharmaceutical microemulsion mixture comprising the microemulsion mixture, and the method for treating psoriasis comprising administering the microemulsion mixture to a subject in need thereof.
