COMPOSITION FOR ORAL CAVITY
The invention provides a composition for oral cavity that can prevent the formation and maturation of biofilms in the oral cavity, improve the taste and the remaining sensation after use in the oral cavity, and is superior in the sense of use. The composition for oral cavity contains 0.001% by mass to 10% by mass of proteoglycan, an algefacient, and one or more members selected from the group consisting of an antimicrobial agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, and a vitamin.
METHOD FOR DYEING KERATIN MATERIAL, COMPRISING THE USE OF AN ORGANIC C1-C6 ALKOXY SILANE AND TANNIC ACID
The subject of the present disclosure is a process for dyeing keratinous material, in particular human hair. The process includes applying a first composition (A) to the keratinous material. The first composition includes (A1) one or more organic C.sub.1-C.sub.6 alkoxysilanes and/or condensation products thereof, and (A2) at least one colorant compound selected from the group of pigments and direct dyes. A second composition (B) is applied to the keratinous material. The second composition (B) includes (B1) Tannic acid.
COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING HAIR LOSS OR PROMOTING HAIR GROWTH
Provided is a composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, containing an ingredient for inducing anagen hair growth or hair growth promotion. The composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, of the presently claimed subject matter, shortens the period of telogen-to-anagen transition in the hair growth cycle, so as to promote hair growth and delay the transition to the catagen stage, thereby having the excellent effects of preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.
DETERGENT
A detergent comprising (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of (A1) a carbobetaine type ampholytic surfactant and (A2) a nonionic surfactant, and (B) a quaternary ammonium cation-modified silicone. A mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of the component (A) to the component (B) is 0.1 or more and 1,000 or less, and the content of an anionic surfactant is 4% by mass or less.
Clear cleansing composition
A cleansing composition comprising a detersive surfactant; an aqueous carrier; from about 0.5% to about 30% by weight of the cleansing composition of discrete particles comprising anhydrous particles and an aqueous phase, and wherein said anhydrous particles comprise: one or more fatty amphiphile selected from the group consisting of fatty alcohol, fatty ester, fatty acid, fatty amide and mixtures thereof; of one or more secondary surfactants selected from the group consisting of anionic, nonionic, zwitterionic, cationic or mixtures thereof. Wherein the discrete particle of the cleansing composition has a size from about 500 microns to about 7000 microns, and wherein the cleansing composition has a % transmittance of about 75% or higher.
High viscosity gel cleansing compositions
A cleansing composition includes at least one polymeric thickener having a high electrolyte property and at least one anionic surfactant. The cleansing composition is a gel having a viscosity greater than 25,000 cps. In some embodiments, the cleansing composition is essentially free of sulfates and is essentially free of emulsifiers. In some embodiments, the at least one anionic surfactant includes at least one anionic sulfate surfactant, and the cleansing composition is essentially free of salt.
Natural Skincare Compositions
The topical cosmetic compositions and methods of the subject invention can be used to improve the health and/or appearance of skin by, for example, treating and/or preventing a variety of skin conditions. The invention also provides compositions and methods for enhanced sunless tanning. Biological amphiphilic molecules are used as active components, formulation enhancers and/or delivery vessels for skin active components.
ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING CATIONIC ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
The antimicrobial composition of the present invention comprises a cationic active ingredient, a foam boosting surfactant, a foam boosting copolymer, a foam stabilizer, and a chelating agent. The present antimicrobial compositions are free of the antimicrobial agent triclosan (i.e., 2,4,4′-trichloro-2′hydroxy-diphenylether), have rapid cidal activity, provide stable copious foam and exhibit enhanced tissue (e.g. skin) compatibility as defined by an in vitro whole toxicology assessment method.
Xyloside derivatives of resveratrol for use thereof in cosmetics
The present invention relates to the use of a compound of formula (I): in which R1, R2 and R3 independently denote: —a group of formula (II), or —a hydrogen atom H, it being understood that at least one of the radicals R1, R2, R3 denotes a group of formula (II); and also the salts thereof, the solvates thereof, and/or the isomers thereof, for preventing and/or cosmetically treating the signs of skin aging. ##STR00001##
