Elongate attachable flexible magnetic article holder
An elongate article holder with a flexible non-magnetic band, along with two terminal ends that may be removably secured to each other, is used to wrap around an elongate article or coils of the elongate article. In various exemplary embodiments, removable coupling of the two terminal ends may be provided by magnet(s), which may be substantially protected from environmental harm while simultaneously helping to achieve optimum magnetic closure strength by using tubular apertures/dimples which may run from a cavity housing the magnet to or near a mating surface of a respective terminal end. Further, the flexible non-magnetic band may have an integral closed loop for removably attaching to the elongate article, operating by passing a portion of the elongate article through a formed orifice that is formed from the integral closed loop.
Cover for an electronic device
A magnetic attachment mechanism and method is described. The magnetic attachment mechanism can be used to releasably attach at least two objects together in a preferred configuration without fasteners and without external intervention. The magnetic attachment mechanism can be used to releasably attach an accessory device to an electronic device. The accessory device can be used to augment the functionality of usefulness of the electronic device.
ERGONOMIC AND ADJUSTABLE RESPIRATORY MASK ASSEMBLY WITH ELBOW ASSEMBLY
A respiratory mask assembly for delivering breathable gas to a patient includes a frame having a front surface and a rear surface adapted in use to face the patient. The frame includes a main body providing an aperture therethrough for the introduction of breathable gas into a nasal breathing cavity. An elbow assembly is swivelably coupled to the front surface of the frame. The elbow assembly includes a swivel elbow that defines an intake port and an exhaust port separated from the intake port using a baffle. The elbow assembly includes an end portion that interfaces with the aperture of the frame.
Low profile magnetic mount for electronic display devices
A mounting mechanism for mounting an electronic device, such as an electronic display device, to various surfaces, including ferrous surfaces. The mounting mechanism may include friction pads for attachment to the electronic display device. In one implementation a plurality of magnets are embedded within the friction pads. Alternatively, the magnets may be directly attached to the electronic display device and covered by the friction pads. When the mounting mechanism is used to mount the electronic device to a ferrous surface, the magnets and the friction pad respectively provide magnetic and frictional forces so as to enable secure mounting of the electronic display device to the ferrous surface. The mounting mechanism may also include a frame disposed to be affixed to a non-ferrous surface. The frame defines a ferrous surface to which the electronic display device may then be mounted using various configurations of magnets and friction pads.
MAGNETIC CLASP ANIMAL LEASH ASSEMBLY
A magnetic clasp animal leash assembly for connecting to an animal collar having at least one metallic leash attachment ring defining an aperture. The assembly having a first member and a second member moveable with respect to one another between a closed position and an open position. The two members have an internal surface creating an aperture in a closed state. Outer ends of the two members are spaced from one another creating a clear passage with respect to the internal surface defining the aperture in an opened state. A magnet is located opposite from the clear passage proximate to the internal surface of the aperture. An actuator assembly is engageable with the two members to drive the two members toward the open position.
Method and system for reversibly connecting a nasal tube to a person's clothing
A nasal tube fastener for securing a nasal tube to a person's clothing so as to reduce the opportunity for the tube to be entangled with other objects or to get in the way of the wearer of the tube, such fastener comprising a pair of engageable magnetic fasteners of opposite polarity to each other, the magnetic portions preferably connected to each end of a strap engagement portion connected to each magnetic fastener and extending transverse thereto.
Magnetic attachment assembly
An attachment assembly comprises a removable member and an attachment member. The removable member comprises a first coupling member and the attachment member comprises a second coupling member. At least one of the first coupling member and the second coupling member comprises a ferromagnetic material such that the first coupling member magnetically couples to the second coupling member.
Wearable magnet housing
Wearable housings are configured in size and shape to be securely attached to a strap, such as a belt, suspender, backpack strap, rifle strap, shoulder bag strap, vest, carrier, or other strap with one or more clasping members. One or more magnets are positioned within the substantially hollow receptacle area(s) of the wearable housing. The magnet(s) have sufficient holding force to securely hold a handgun or other item against the wearable housing for ready access.
Closure device for connecting two parts
A closure device for connecting to parts with each other is provided. The closure device includes a first closure part which includes a first base body and a first form-fit portion stationarily arranged on the first base body, and a second closure part which includes a second base body and a second form-fit portion stationarily arranged on the second base body. For closing of the closure device the first closure part and the second closure part can be attached to each other, whereby the second form-fit portion of the second closure part can be brought in engagement with the first form-fit portion of the first closure part in a direction of engagement, so that in a closed position the form-fit portions positively are in engagement with each other. A recoil element is arranged on one of the closure parts and is elastically shiftable along the direction of engagement.
