The composition includes a quantity of aloe vera liquid, a quantity of marsh mallow root extract, a quantity of rosemary extract, a quantity of hydrolyzed wheat protein, a quantity of watermelon extract, a quantity of artichoke extract, a quantity of red clover extract, a quantity of lavender essential oil, a quantity of sandalwood essential oil, a quantity of hibiscus extract, a quantity of orange essential oil, a quantity of preservative, a quantity of bamboo extract, a quantity of blue flax extract, a quantity of amaranthus seed extract, a quantity of cedar essential oil, a quantity of geranium essential oil, a quantity of bergamot essential oil, a quantity of hydrolyzed quinoa protein, a quantity of hydrolyzed keratin protein, a quantity of apricot extract, a quantity of camelia seed oil, a quantity of marsh mallow oil, a quantity of honey extract, a quantity of panthenol, a quantity of vegetable glycerin, a quantity of solubilizer, a quantity of honey extract, and a quantity of chamomile extract. APPARATUS, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR LOW ENERGY PROCESSING OF CONSUMER PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS; FORMULATIONS OF THE SAME
Embodiments described herein relate generally to apparatus, methods and systems for low energy processing of consumer personal hygiene products (PHPs) and formulations of the same. In some embodiments, a method of manufacturing a consumer PHP comprises combining a first material and second material at room temperature to form a first mixture, mixing the first mixture at room temperature, adding a third material at room temperature to form a second mixture; mixing the second mixture at room temperature, adding a fourth material at room temperature to form a third mixture; and mixing the third mixture at room temperature. In some embodiments, the third material and the fourth material can be mixed to form the second mixture and the first mixture and second mixture can be combined to form the third mixture. In some embodiments, the mixing can be accomplished using a propeller mixer. In some embodiments, the propeller mixer can be rotated at a speed of greater than about 200 rpm during at least one of the mixing steps. In some embodiments, the pH of the third mixture can be adjusted to between about 4.5 and about 6.5 using an acidifier. In some embodiments, the viscosity of the third mixture can be adjusted to between about 100 cP and about 25,000 cP using a thickener.
Method of Combining Pigmentation Agents in Hair Dyeing and Related Products for Generating Cool Tones
A method to produce an effective cool tone with blonde hair color, while performing the hair dyeing process. To that end, the desired blonde hair color may be achieved by incorporating pigmented capsules and/or any pigmentation agent into the hair bleach mixture and/or the hair peroxide mixture. The pigmentation agent provides a cool tone effect while simultaneously removing unwanted yellow and orange undertones from hair during the hair bleaching process. Accordingly, the method includes producing pigmented hair bleach mixture and pigmented hair peroxide mixtures for performing the hair lightening process. However, it is important to note the scope of the method includes incorporation of pigmented capsules and/or any pigmentation agent into any and all related hair dyeing or hair coloring and hair care products to achieve toning of hair.

Methods for decreasing harmful effects of blue light on skin are disclosed that include topically administering to a subject in need thereof a composition of an effective quantity of a purified, enzymatic hydrolysate of Theobroma cacao L. beans comprising peptides and saccharides having a molecular weight between 200 Da and 10 kDa in a physiologically acceptable medium. The hydrolysate of Theobroma cacao L. beans is present in the composition at a concentration from 0.001 to 20% with respect to the total weight of the composition. The composition can be a cosmetic composition.

NANOFIBRE MATRIX MADE OF NATURAL POLYMERS WITH NATURAL FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS FOR COSMETIC PRODUCTS
Described herein is a nanofibre matrix comprising 100% natural biopolymers selected from polysaccharides and/or proteins with optional functional ingredients for use as cosmetic products. More specifically, nanofibre matrix manufactured by electrospinning methods comprising a dry sheet without containing any preservatives, surfactants, solvents and crosslinkers. To use nanofibre cosmetic products, simply wet skin and then apply the nanofibre to skin. Functional ingredients may be optionally incorporated within the nanofibre matrix during electrospinning to provide different cosmetic effects. Functional ingredients offer skin benefits such as moisturizing, anti-ageing, wrinkle reduction, brightening, antioxidant and acne treatment. Functional ingredients can be essential oil where it is incorporated into nanofibre matrix to provide scent effect to cosmetic products. Functional ingredients can also be natural dye where it is incorporated in nanofibre matrix to make coloured nanofibres. Coloured nanofibres can be used for makeup products such as blush, eye shadow, eyebrow, nail polish, lipstick, contouring and hair dye product. The nanofibre matrix comprising 100% natural biopolymers with or without functional ingredients can be processed to assorted shapes or easily cut by consumers for using on different areas of skin for different purposes.
COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING HYDROLYSED PROTEINS
The present invention provides a composition comprising a blend of: a) a first component which is partially hydrolysed protein obtained from a potato protein source; and b) a second component which is partially hydrolysed protein obtained from a non-potato vegetable protein source; wherein the weight ratio of first component:second component in the blend is in the range 0.5:1 to 2:1.
