Compositions according to present invention can furthermore comprise at least one film forming polymer, one or more surfactant, UV filter and direct hair dye.
DEODORANT COMPOSITION
Cosmetic formulation with deodorant activity for topical application including vitamin E or an ester thereof, starch, sodium bicarbonate, zinc oxide and a cosmetically acceptable carrier is disclosed. The vitamin E ester is preferably alpha-tocopherol acetate, n-propionate or linoleate and the vitamin E or ester thereof and is present in an amount of 5-40% by weight of the weight of the formulation.
PERSONAL CARE SPRAY COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS COMPRISING TRANS-1-CHLORO-3,3,3-TRIFLUOROPROPENE
Disclosed are methods of applying a leave-on personal care treatment products comprising: a) providing a container having a nozzle or opening for selectively releasing the contents thereof: b) including in the container a leave-on personal care formulation comprising: (i) an active component for affecting the personal care of the user; (ii) a carrier for the active component, said carrier comprising at least about 50% by weight of trans-HCFO-1233zd and optionally a co-carrier in amounts of up to about 50% by weight; and c) spraying said leave-on personal care formulation from the container and onto the area of the user to be treated.
SKIN-ATTACHABLE THIN FILM PATCH BASED ON A WATER-SOLUBLE NON-WOVEN FABRIC
The present invention is a thin film patch to be attached to the skin and used for skin treatment or skin care. In particular, a water-soluble polymer compound is formed by means of melt spinning, melt blowing or electrospinning, into a water-soluble non-woven fabric of which the average diameter of fiber is 5 μm or less. The water-soluble non-woven fabric is coated with a coating agent comprising an active ingredient with a skin treatment or skin care effect; therefore, a thin film having the total thickness of 50 μm and the basis weight of 20 gsm or less is formed, wherein the water-soluble non-woven fabric has an electrically conductive material deposited thereon to have electrical conductivity and is connected to an electrode so that a current can be applied thereto.
FILM-FORMING COMPOSITION CONTAINING GELLAN GUM AND STARCH, AND APPLICATION IN SOFT CAPSULE
Provided is a starch film-forming composition, comprising: A, a first gelling agent; B, starch; C, a plasticizer; D, water; wherein the first gelling agent is a gellan gum with two gel temperatures, wherein the first gel temperature is 51 to 75° C. and the second gel temperature is 40° C. to 50° C. The present application relates to the field of food or pharmaceutical raw materials. The composition is obviously superior to the prior art in terms of rubber strength, toughness and forming bonding when used in preparation of soft capsules, can fully meet the requirements for industrial production of soft capsules and can be used as an alternative in soft capsule technology.
Electrochemical Tooth Whitening Composition and Method Thereof
The present invention is directed to a process for electrochemically whitening a tooth, the process comprising: a) contacting the tooth with a whitening gel that is located in a dental device, the dental device comprising a positive electrode and a negative electrode; b) flowing a current between the positive electrode and the negative electrode through the whitening gel to whiten the tooth; wherein the whitening gel comprises: water; a bleaching agent; a thickener composition comprising a non-ionic compound; a surfactant; and an electrolyte source comprising a first conductive salt.
DISSOLVABLE SOLID FIBROUS ARTICLES CONTAINING ANIONIC SURFACTANTS
A dissolvable solid fibrous shampoo article made from a plurality of fibrous elements intertangled or otherwise associated with one another to form the fibrous article. The fibrous elements can contain a polymeric structurant, a surfactant system that is substantially free of sulfate-based surfactants, and a pH adjuster that is a monoprotic organic acid and/or a coating comprising an additive that can be a hydratrope or a diprotic and triprotic organic acid and salts thereof.
