A drawer release is described. The drawer release includes a handle portion pivotally or rotatably engaged to a fixed portion, and the fixed portion is attached to or connected to a drawer. The handle portion includes at least one engaging member that engages a lever or actuator of a drawer-slide of the drawer to open or release the drawer. The drawer release provides for the one-handed opening of the drawer.

A biasing member is arranged to apply a force on the cam surface to move the position wheel in the first direction when the drive lever is moved into the second notch.

The door lock includes an outer base, an inner base, a locking mechanism movable between a locked and unlocked position in response to a control signal, and a control circuit disposed within the inner base and operable to generate the control signal in response to the presentation of an input credential. A plurality of different types of credential readers arc each selectively attachable and removable from an attachment interface when the outer base is attached to the door to electrically connect the selected one of the plurality of different types of credential readers to the control circuit. The selected credential reader receives data from a user or credential and generates the input credential. A communication module is operable to communicate with a device separate from the electronic door lock.

A remote control device for a vehicle includes an interior handle coupling lever that rotates in accordance with manipulation of an interior manipulating handle, an exterior handle coupling lever that rotates in accordance with manipulation of an exterior manipulating handle, and a switch device. The switch device includes an interior manipulation detector for detecting rotation of the interior manipulating handle, an exterior manipulation detector for detecting rotation of the exterior manipulating handle, and wiring members each having a detector connection terminal and an external connection terminal connected to the interior manipulation detector or the exterior manipulation detector. The remote control device further includes a body and a housing. The body accommodates the interior manipulation detector, the exterior manipulation detector, and the wiring members and has a connector portion enclosing all of the exterior connection terminals for the wiring members. The housing covers the body.
