Methods for use in selectively conditioning and remineralizing teeth. An exemplary method comprises the steps of applying a conditioning composition to one or more of a person's teeth, and separately applying a remineralizing composition to the person's teeth. The conditioning composition includes a conditioning agent, and the remineralizing composition includes a remineralizing agent comprising calcium ions and/or fluoride ions. The conditioning composition may be applied prior to or after application of the remineralizing composition. In one embodiment, both the conditioning composition and the remineralizing composition include different remineralizing ions (e.g., one including calcium, one including fluoride).

This invention relates to a foamable concentrated hair care composition comprising an anionic surfactant, a co-surfactant, a viscosity reducing agent, and a cationic polymer. The hair care composition may further comprise a silicone, wherein the silicone particle size is less than about 10 microns. The hair care composition has a viscosity of from about 1 to about 3,000 cps.

The disclosure relates to systems and methods for improving the appearance of the skin. Systems comprise a skin-tightening composition comprising at least one thermoplastic elastomer, at least one adhesive polymer, and at least one filler, and a cosmetic composition comprising at least one colorant and optionally at least one volatile solvent. Methods comprise applying the compositions of the systems on to the skin.

Disclosed are compositions and methods for their use for reducing tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-) and/or vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production in skin cells by topically applying to skin in need thereof, a composition comprising an effective amount of Opuntia ficus-indica tuna, Opuntia ficus-indica nopales, or both, or extracts thereof, to reduce TNF- or VEGF production in skin cells.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) as a carrier of a cosmetic composition and, specifically, to a cosmetic comprising a foam carrier and a cosmetic composition loaded on the foam carrier, wherein the foam carrier contains an NBR, includes pores with an average size of 200-900 m, and has a thickness of 1-50 mm, and wherein the cosmetic composition has a viscosity of 2,000-60,000 cps. Disclosed are lip compositions and methods of their use that include a glutamide derivative and a hydrogenated film forming polymer. The glutamide derivative includes dibutyl lauroyl glutamide and the lip compositions comprise an effective amount of dibutyl lauroyl glutamide to moisturize skin. The lip compositions are further configured to soften skin and provide a high-shine and low tack layer on lips.
