The present disclosure provides an oral care composition including a water-miscible base component, an amorphous calcium phosphate remineralizing component including a water-soluble or partially water-soluble calcium component and a water-soluble inorganic phosphate component, and a tartar control component, wherein the oral care composition provides enamel fluoride uptake activity and tartar control activity.

It relates to a cosmetic composition in the form of a transparent or semi-transparent gel, comprising (a) an oil phase; (b) a surfactant portion comprising a first non-ionic surfactant and a second non-ionic surfactant; (c) an aqueous phase; and (d) at least one C.sub.2-C.sub.6 polyol; wherein the first nonionic surfactant comprises at least one alkyl polyglucoside and the second nonionic surfactant comprises at least one having the following general formula (I) or (II): R(X).sub.nOR′ (I) wherein, R represents a linear or branched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alkyl group or C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alkenyl group; X represents —OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2— or —OCH.sub.2—CHCH.sub.3—; n represents an integer from 2 to 100; and R′ represents H, or a linear or branched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alkyl group or C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alkenyl group; (II) wherein, the sum of x+y+z represents an integer from 2 to 100; and R.sub.1, R.sub.2, and R.sub.3, are the same or different and are each independently represents OH, or a linear or branched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 fatty acid ester group, with the proviso that at least one of R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 is not OH. It also relates to a method for preparing the cosmetic composition and the use thereof. The cosmetic composition has high oil content, superior stability and desirable cleansing efficacy.

A multi-agent type hair treatment agent comprising a first composition containing component (A) and component (B); and a second composition containing component (C), wherein the weight ratio (H)/(C) of component (H) to component (C) in the second composition is less than 1. A hair treatment method comprising the steps of applying and rinsing the first composition to hair (i) and then applying the second composition to hair (ii). Component (A): a carboxylic acid having an inorganic value of 230 or more and 450 or less and an organic value of 50 or more and 250 or less, or a salt of the carboxylic acid Component (B): anionic surfactant Component (C): an aromatic sulfonic acid having a molecular weight of 300 or less or a salt thereof Component (H): cationic surfactant.

MINERAL SUNSCREEN COMPOSITIONS
A sunscreen composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion comprising: a) a water phase of about 20% to 60% by weight relative to the total weight of the sunscreen composition; b) one or more mineral UV filtering agents; c) one or more oil thickening agents selected from poly C10-30 alkyl acrylate, hydrogenated jojoba oil and its derivatives and mixtures thereof; wherein the total amount of oil thickening agents is about 0.5% to about 4% by weight relative to the total weight of the sunscreen composition; wherein when hydrogenated jojoba oil is present, the amount of hydrogenated jojoba oil is no more than 1.5 times the amount of poly C10-30 alkyl acrylate; wherein the composition has a viscosity of about 0.1 Pa.Math.s to about 5 Pa.Math.s at 25° C. at 10 rad/s; and wherein the inflection point of the largest viscosity transition at 10 rad/s is between 30° C. to 40° C.

A sunscreen composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion comprising: a) a water phase of about 20% to 60% by weight relative to the total weight of the sunscreen composition; b) one or more mineral UV filtering agents; c) one or more oil thickening agents selected from poly C10-30 alkyl acrylate, hydrogenated jojoba oil and its derivatives and mixtures thereof; wherein the total amount of oil thickening agents is about 0.5% to about 4% by weight relative to the total weight of the sunscreen composition; wherein when hydrogenated jojoba oil is present, the amount of hydrogenated jojoba oil is no more than 1.5 times the amount of poly C10-30 alkyl acrylate; wherein the composition has a viscosity of about 0.1 Pa.Math.s to about 5 Pa.Math.s at 25° C. at 10 rad/s; and wherein the inflection point of the largest viscosity transition at 10 rad/s is between 30° C. to 40° C.
GLYCERIN DISPERSION AND COSMETIC
Provided are: a glycerin dispersion in which the dispersibility and storage stability of a hydrophobized inorganic powder are improved; and a cosmetic containing the glycerin dispersion. A glycerin dispersion containing a hydrophobized inorganic powder, in which an inorganic powder is used as a base and hydrophobicity is imparted by coating the inorganic powder with an organic surface treatment agent, a polyglycerin-based nonionic surfactant, and glycerin is provided.
