DRILL PRESS WITH MODULAR DRILL PRESS TABLE
A drill press is disclosed including a drill press column. A drill press spindle assembly can be mounted to the drill press column. A drill press table can include a table frame secured to the drill press column and a table insert removably received in the table frame. The table frame can be positioned on the support column beneath the drill press spindle assembly, and the table insert can be positionable under the drill press spindle assembly when the table insert is received in the table frame. A work piece can be supported by the drill press table insert and the drill press spindle assembly can be operable to engage the work piece supported by the drill press table insert. Different table inserts can be interchangeable to provide different functionalities for the drill press as desired without having to replace the entire drill press table on the column.
RATCHETING QUICK-ADJUST DRILLING JIG
A quick adjust ratcheting pocket hole jig is presented. The pocket hole jig has a base with a removable upright connected thereto. A guide assembly is slidably received within the upright. Removable and replaceable side supports are connected to the base by way of a dove tail joint. Removable and replaceable adjustable stops are connected to the base by way of key holes. A clamp assembly is connected to the base having a handle portion and a clamp follower. The clamp follower has a ratcheting mechanism and a compressible plunger assembly. The clamp follower can quickly be adjusted using a button on the clamp follower that disengages the ratcheting member such that it can be quickly adjusted. When the handle is operated, it draws the clamp follower towards the upright and guide assembly compressing the spring loaded plunger assembly thereby quickly and tightly and adjustably holding a workpiece therebetween.
Tool for facilitating the machining of recessed inserts
The present disclosure relates generally to a tool that facilitates machining of inserts mounted in a primary component. More specifically, tools according to the present disclosure may be designed to support removal of recessed inserts in primary components without damaging the underlying primary components.
Surface Area of Fixtures
A method and apparatus. The apparatus comprises a first portion of a tool and a second portion of the tool. The first portion of the tool has a first surface. The first surface has a shape that is complementary to a first portion of a part. The second portion has at least one of a second surface configured to be recessed from a second portion of the part or a hollow portion.

Adjustable diameter hole cutter
A hole cutter assembly is operable to cut a plurality of different sized diameter holes in a work piece. The hole cutter assembly includes an arbor configured to connect to a power tool for rotation about an axis, a drill bit coupled to the arbor for rotation with the arbor, a first arm moveable relative to the axis, a first cutting blade coupled to the first arm and moveable with the first arm, a second arm moveable relative to the axis, and a second cutting blade coupled to the second arm and moveable with the second arm. The first and second cutting blades are selectively moveable relative to the axis to adjust a cutting diameter of the hole cutter assembly. The drill bit engages the first and second arms to inhibit movement of the first and second cutting blades relative to the drill bit.
DUST COLLECTOR FOR ELECTRIC POWER TOOL AND ELECTRIC POWER TOOL
A dust collector for an electric power tool includes a main body case, a tubular sliding portion, and a dust collection portion. The main body case is mountable to an electric power tool. The tubular sliding portion is disposed on the main body case. The sliding portion includes a nozzle on a front end thereof. The nozzle includes a suction opening. The dust collection portion is configured to accumulate dust suctioned from the nozzle. The sliding portion includes a guided portion supported by a guiding portion disposed on the main body case. The guided portion is supported slidably in a front-rear direction, and the guiding portion and the guided portion are disposed in a region on a half side with respect to a line on a cross section passing through a center of the sliding portion.

ALUMINUM DUST COLLECTION AND COMPACTING METHOD
A method of forming a compact includes removing material from a workpiece, transferring metallic dust released during the material removal into a conduit, operating a plurality of slide gates to selectively control movement of the dust from the conduit to either one of a primary collector and a back-up collector, drawing the dust through the conduit to a compactor, and compacting the dust in the compactor.
Aluminum dust collection and compacting apparatus
An apparatus for collecting dust from a cutting unit is provided. The apparatus includes a rotary valve operatively connected to the cutting unit, a conduit in fluid communication with the rotary valve, and a compacting machine disposed downstream from the conduit and configured to receive dust from the conduit. A blower is configured to pull air downstream to carry the dust into the compacting machine. The compacting machine produces a compact from the dust.
