CARTON SEALING TAPE WITH A PLURALITY OF SECURITY FEATURES
Various carton sealing tapes are disclosed that have a plurality of security features, at least two of which include nanomarker particles having identification indicia visible under about 100 to about 400 times magnification and taggants visible upon exposure to a pre-selected wavelength outside the visible spectrum included in the same or different layers of the tape structure depending upon the selection of the backing material for the substrate of the tape. The carton sealing tapes are also printable for inclusion of a consecutive sequence of coded identification information in the form of a barcode or a 2D code.
Hard surface cleaning article comprising an adhesive
The present invention relates to articles for cleaning hard surfaces and in particular to remove large particles and hairs from large surfaces. The articles comprise an adhesive having specific Theological properties that provide increased efficacy in capturing and trapping large particles and hairs.
EASY-TO-PEEL ECO-FRIENDLY ADHESIVE TAPE
An easy-to-peel eco-friendly adhesive tape includes a film substrate, an adhesive layer, and a first print layer. The film substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface has a surface energy greater than 36 dyne/cm. The adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface of the film substrate, and extends from one lengthwise edge towards the lengthwise edge of the film substrate, and does not reach the other side of the film substrate. Therefore, the first surface of the film substrate close to the other side has no adhesive layer. The first print layer is disposed on the first surface of the film substrate in a printing manner, and the first print layer is disposed on the first surface of the film substrate without the adhesive layer, and forms a peeling part. The adhesive tape can be thoroughly separated from the cardboard box.
Adhesive resin composition and laminate
Provided are an adhesive resin composition having high adhesiveness and high strength in acid resistance, and a laminate including the same. Provided is an adhesive resin composition including an acid-modified polyolefin resin component (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 or more and 150,000 or less, a resin component (B) having an epoxy group in a molecule, a resin component (C) having an amino group at a molecular end, and a solvent (S), in which a content of the resin component (B) is 1 part by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin component (A), and a content of the resin component (C) is 0.5 parts by mass or more and 15 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin component (A).
Adhesive Tape Roll
Embodiments of the present techniques provide an adhesive tape roll that comprises a plurality of detachable segments. The detachable segments comprise a pull tab to help separate a protective liner layer, or backing layer/backing liner, from the adhesive tape at the point of use. Thus, a user may detach a segment from the roll, and then use the pull tab to separate the adhesive tape from the backing liner.
LAMINATE, SURFACE-PROTECTED ARTICLE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE
The invention of the present application is a laminate in which thermoplastic polyurethane is used, excellent antifouling and adhesion properties are obtained, and glue residue is minimized. The laminate is provided with a substrate film formed from thermoplastic polyurethane, and an adhesive layer formed on one surface side of the substrate film. The substrate film has a surface layer on the opposite side of the first surface, a mixture of the thermoplastic polyurethane and a curable resin composition being present in the surface layer. The content ratio of the curable resin composition is configured so as to gradually decrease from the surface of the surface layer towards the interior of the substrate film. The curable resin composition contains at least one fluorine compound selected from the group consisting of fluorosilsesquioxane and fluorosilsesquioxane polymers, and a curable resin. The adhesive layer has a surface roughness of 350-750 nm.

Pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for batteries and lithium-ion battery
A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for batteries that includes a base material and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface side of the base material and containing inorganic fine particles. When D50 and D90 are defined as a volume-based accumulated 50% particle diameter of the inorganic fine particles and a volume-based accumulated 90% particle diameter of the inorganic fine particles, respectively, in a particle size distribution of the inorganic fine particles in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the D50 is 0.5 μm or more and 2.8 μm or less, and the ratio of the D90 to the D50 (D90/D50) is 1.3 or more and 2.0 or less. The particle size distribution is measured by image analysis on a surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer opposite to the base material.
Semi-IPN polyurethane/polyurea protective films
Briefly, the present disclosure provides a film, tape or outer layer of a composite part comprising: a) at least one layer comprising a crosslinked polymer selected from the group consisting of crosslinked polyurethane, crosslinked polyurea, and crosslinked mixed polyurethane/polyurea polymer; and in some embodiments b) an adhesive layer. In some embodiments the layer additionally comprises a non-crosslinked polymer forming a semi-IPN with the crosslinked polymer. In some embodiments the non-crosslinked polymer may be selected from the group consisting of polyurethane, polyurea, and mixed polyurethane/polyurea polymer. In some embodiments the crosslinked polymer may additionally comprise an acrylate-containing component.
Adhesive composition and method
An adhesive composition contains a block copolymer hot melt adhesive and a vapor releasing vapor corrosion inhibitor mixed with the block copolymer hot melt adhesive, the vapor corrosion inhibitor being in the form of particles suspended in the adhesive composition, the particles preferably having a maximum dimension of less than about 30 microns. One improvement results from inclusion in the adhesive mixture of a titanium and/or zirconium containing coupling agent, either separately or as part of the VCI particles. Another improvement results from blending the adhesive mixture in a continuous process using for example a twin screw extruder. As a result, the adhesive mixture has better uniformity and superior viscosity properties during use.
