An intermetallic or iron aluminide magnetically readable medium and a method of forming and reading the same are provided herein. Also provided is an identification card or tag, a key, an anti-counterfeiting measure, an anti-forging measure. The intermetallic or iron aluminide magnetically readable medium includes a magnetically readable surface, wherein the magnetically readable surface contains one or more first magnetically readable regions of the intermetallic or iron aluminide surrounded by one or more second magnetically readable regions. Additionally, the intermetallic or iron aluminide magnetically readable medium can be coated, encapsulated or concealed within a material.

The magnetic sheet is made of one kind of a magnetic material. The magnetic sheet includes a first magnetic path formation portion in which the magnetic path of the first planar coil is to be formed and a second magnetic path formation portion in which the magnetic path of the second planar coil is to be formed. A permeability of the first magnetic path formation portion is different from a permeability of the second magnetic path formation portion.

In addition, ferromagnetic materials are disclosed that includes at least one Dirac half metal material, wherein the material comprises a plurality of massless Dirac electrons, wherein the material exhibits 100% spin polarization, and wherein the plurality of electrons exhibit ultrahigh mobility. Spintronic devices and heterostructures are also disclosed that include a Dirac half metal material.

The present invention provides a composite magnetic body comprising metal particles containing Fe or Fe and Co as a main component, a resin, and voids, wherein an average major axis diameter of the metal particles is 30 to 500 nm, an average aspect ratio of the metal particles is 1.5 to 10, and in a cross section of the composite magnetic body, a percent presence of the voids is 0.2 to 10 area % and an average equivalent circle diameter of the voids is 1 m or less, and a saturation magnetization of the composite magnetic body is 300 to 600 emu/cm.sup.3.
