System and method for automatic control of differential pressure in a baghouse system
Systems and methods for automatic control of a baghouse fabric filter system as a single unit to maintain a consistent pressure drop are disclosed. The fabric filter system may be a pulse jet cleaning system, and a controller may be provided to receive inputs from pressure sensors and other components and to control activation of pulse pipes for cleaning filter bags. The controller may adjust parameters including the dwell time between pulses, the duration of each pulse, and the pulse air pressure. The controller may further optimize these parameters to provide the minimum cleaning necessary per pulse to achieve the consistent differential pressure. By continuously adjusting the parameters, the system maintains the maximum amount of filter cake on the bags to promote optimal emissions control performance.

The mask device may include a frame formed in a shape of surrounding lips and a nose of the user. One or more of nozzle portion for spraying clean air onto the face of the user may be formed at the frame. The nozzle portion may be connected to the air cleaning means and an air tube. The air cleaning means may be an air cleaner formed in a shape of a neck band to be worn around a neck of the user, or formed in a shape of being capable of wearing around a belt of the user.
PHOTOCATALYTIC FILTER MODULE AND AIR PURIFIER INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention provides a photocatalytic filter module and an air purifier including a base frame in which at least one side is open, a plurality of support frames arranged to traverse the base frame, a plurality of light emitting units arranged on the support frame, and filter units installed in the base frame and disposed to be spaced apart from the light emitting units.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LOW NOx AIR EMISSIONS FROM GASIFICATION POWER PLANTS
An apparatus is provided that receives waste and generates electrical power or thermal energy with minimal NOx emissions. A gasifier is provided that receives the waste and air to produce fuel gas for delivery to a fluidly coupled reformer. The reformer receives the fuel gas, recycled flue gas, and air to auto-thermally produce a reformed fuel gas and destroy fuel gas pollutants at a first temperature without a catalyst. A burner is fluidly coupled to the reformer and receives recycled flue gas and air to oxidize the reformed fuel gas at a second temperature that prevents nitrogen oxide formation, the second temperature being lower than the first temperature. A quench chamber is fluidly coupled to the burner and receives flue gas from the burner for quenching with recycled flue gas. A heat recovery system is fluidly coupled to the reformer, burner, and quench chamber to extract usable energy.
MECHANICAL SYSTEM TO CAPTURE AND TRANSFORM CONTAMINANT GASES, AND METHOD TO PURIFY AIR
Disclosed herein is a system for purifying air; for the capture of solid residues (soot), and the transformation of CO.sub.x and NO.sub.x (and even methane) present in contaminated air generated by industrial combustion.
The purifying air system comprises an air entrance (c); a first module (A), made up of mechanical filters; a second module (B), downwards from the first module (A), and it corresponds to a series of small reactors with molecular converters (nucleophile chemical agents) to capture and transform carbon oxides (CO.sub.x) and nitrogen oxides (NO.sub.x); and an exit for decontaminated air (D).
Integrated-structure electrostatic dust collection device and electret processing technique thereof
An integrated electrostatic dust collection device for efficiently capturing particles in air and an electret processing technique thereof comprises a main body formed by stacking a plurality of layers of dust collection boards; wherein the dust collection boards are integrated with hole for air to pass through and are formed with micro-foaming, to which plastic materials of an electret enhancement material, a negative ion emission material, and a magnetic material can be added; the upper and lower surfaces of each layer of dust collection board are disposed with an enclosed conductive film applied with a high-voltage electric field, and one or more layers of dust collection boards can be installed with an ion emission device; a stacked structure and a high-voltage power supply are integrally packaged in the outer frame of the protection structure, and a low-voltage direct current or mains power is used externally to supply power.
TOWER-TYPE AIR PURIFICATION APPARATUS AND AIR PURIFICATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a tower type air purifier installed and operated outdoors to purify air pollutants such as fine dust. More particularly, the tower type air purifier is manufactured by modularizing and combining main constituent components of a main body in a tower form in order to easily separate and purify air pollutants in the air. A controller, which prepares an air purification algorithm based on air pollution measurement information, controls a blower, a mist sprayer, an ion emitter, a cleaning water injector and an adsorption brush installed in the purifier to quickly purify a large amount of suctioned air. The purifier can be operated independently or a group of purifiers can be operated through remote control according to an air purification algorithm suitable for each air pollution region and provided from a weather center.
High-voltage power supply system
A high-voltage power supply system (1) for powering an electrostatic precipitator, ESP (10) is disclosed. The system has an AC supply circuit (2) configured to generate a first and a second AC supply voltage, and two supply circuits (5, 6) connected between the AC supply circuit and the ESP. One of the supply circuits is a DC supply circuit (5) configured to transform and convert the first AC supply voltage to a DC base voltage for the ESP, while the other is a pulse supply circuit having a pulse forming circuit (12) configured to generate and forward high-voltage pulses to the ESP. The AC supply circuit is configured such that each of the AC supply voltages are in the mid frequency range, i.e. in the range of 100 Hz to 5000 Hz.
