TIRE
A tire includes a tread portion including a first cap rubber layer forming a ground contact surface and having a loss tangent tan δ1, and a second cap rubber layer disposed inwardly in a tire radial direction of the first cap rubber layer and having a loss tangent tan δ2, the loss tangent tan δ2 being greater than the loss tangent tan δ1. The tread portion is provided with a plurality of sipes opening to the ground contact surface, The plurality of sipes, at least partially, extends inwardly in a tire radial direction from the ground contact surface to a. location beyond a boundary between the first cap rubber layer and the second cap rubber layer, and a maximum length L2 of the plurality of sipes in the second cap rubber layer is smaller than a length L1 of the plurality of sipes at the ground contact surface.
Conjugated-diene-based rubber
A conjugated diene-based rubber including a polymer block (A) containing isoprene monomer unit as the main component and a polymer block (B) containing 1,3-butadiene monomer unit as the main component, wherein at least one of the polymer block (A) and the polymer block (B) contains a unit of a vinyl compound having a functional group interactive with silica, the polymer block (A) has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) in the range of 1,000 to 30,000, and the entire conjugated diene-based rubber has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) in the range of 50,000 to 5,000,000.
Rubber composition and pneumatic tire
A rubber composition of the present invention contains 100 parts by mass of a rubber component (A) containing 45 to 75% by mass of natural rubber and 25 to 55% by mass of a conjugated diene-based polymer, in which a bonded styrene amount of the conjugated diene compound moieties is 25% or less, 1 to 40 parts by mass of a non-modified conjugated diene-based polymer (B) which has a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 or more but less than 40,000 in terms of polystyrene as measured by GPC and in which a bonded styrene amount of the conjugated diene compound moieties is less than 10% and a bonded vinyl amount of the conjugated diene compound moieties is 20% or more, and a filler (C), in which at least one of the conjugated diene-based polymers contained in the rubber component (A) is a modified conjugated diene-based polymer. With the rubber composition, a tire having further enhanced on-ice performance and having both excellent on-ice performance and excellent abrasion resistance is obtained.
Rubber composition and pneumatic tire using the same
There is provided a rubber composition which can provide a tire having an excellent balance of the breaking properties, the rolling resistance performance (low fuel consumption) and the wet grip performance. The rubber composition includes 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber, and 1 to 100 parts by mass of fine particles (A) having a glass transition point of −70° C. to 0° C. and composed of a polymer comprising constituent units of at least one monofunctional monomer. The fine particles (A) have a crosslinked structure crosslinked by at least one polyfunctional monomer having a polysulfide bond in which at least two successive sulfur atoms are bonded together.
OMNIDIRECTIONAL WHEEL
An omnidirectional wheel whose outer circumference surface is formed by pluralities of rollers, and includes a rotating part that rotates around a rotation axis. A plurality of supports are arranged in a circumferential direction of the rotating part and each mounted on the rotating part. The rollers include a plurality of first rollers and a plurality of second rollers. Each support has a first arm supporting one end side of a corresponding first roller of the plurality of first rollers, and a second arm supporting the other end side of the corresponding first roller. A corresponding second roller of the plurality of second rollers is supported by the first arm of one of two supports that are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction and the second arm of the other one of the two supports.

TIRE
A tread portion 2 can include an inner tread end, an outer tread end, circumferential grooves, and land portions. The circumferential grooves can include an inner shoulder circumferential groove and an outer shoulder circumferential groove. The land portions can include an inner shoulder land portion and an outer shoulder land portion. The inner shoulder land portion can include inner shoulder lateral grooves and inner shoulder sipes. The outer shoulder land portion can include outer shoulder lateral grooves and outer shoulder sipes. Each outer shoulder sipe can have a chamfered portion at each of sipe edges on both sides. The chamfered portion can have a chamfered width that increases from a terminating end side toward the outer shoulder circumferential groove.
RUN-FLAT TIRE
Provided is a run-flat tire. A first bead filler is disposed on an outer circumferential side of a bead core, a second bead filler is disposed on an outer side in a tire width direction of a turned up portion of the carcass layer along the turned up portion of the carcass layer, and a thickness G on a first reference line of a side reinforcing layer, a thickness G1 on a second reference line of the side reinforcing layer, and a thickness G2 on a third reference line of the side reinforcing layer satisfy the relationships of 0.8×G≤G1≤1.0×G and 0.5×G≤G2≤0.7×G.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A carcass layer of a pneumatic lire includes carcass cords of organic fiber cords obtained by intertw ining a filament bundle of organic fibers, and includes turn-up portions formed by turning back end portions of the carcass layer at bead portions toward an outer side in a width direction. The carcass cords have an elongation at break (EB) satisfying EB≥15%. An averagetotal gauge (GC)of a center land portion located within a width of 10% of a width of a second widest belt in a belt layer on right and left sides of an equatorial plane in the width direction, an average thickness(SG) of a sound absorptive member inside the pneumatic tire and located within a range identical to that of the center land portion, and the elongation at break (EB) of the carcass cords satisfy 15≤GC/(GC+SG/10)×EB (%)≤25.
RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR RUBBER MEMBER DISPOSED BETWEEN INNER LINER AND CARCASS PLY OF PNEUMATIC TIRE, AND PNEUMATIC TIRE
To provide a rubber composition that suppresses shrinkage after molding of a rubber member disposed between an inner liner and a carcass ply of a pneumatic tire, thereby suppressing peeling between members in a green tire and obtaining a green tire having a stable shape, and a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition. Disclosed is a rubber composition for use in a rubber member disposed between an inner liner and a carcass ply of a pneumatic tire, the composition containing a diene-based rubber and a pyrolytic carbon black.
