KINASE INHIBITOR SALTS AND COMPOSITIONS THEREOF
The present invention relates to cabozantinib lauryl sulfate salt and methods of use.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SPRAY-DRIED POWDERS
Methods and industrial scale set-ups for manufacturing spray-dried powders are provided. During the process, a solvent is used. The process is done batchwise such that the emulsification mass ratio is low when removal of the solvent is started. Preferred solvents are isopropyl acetate and ethyl acetate.
IMMEDIATE RELEASE FORMULATIONS OF CANNABINOIDS
Compositions for the immediate release of one or more cannabinoids, in which the compositions comprise a population of particles. Each particle may comprise the one or more cannabinoids and one or more intra-granule excipients. Alternatively, each particle may comprise the one or more cannabinoids and a porous bead core. The composition may be prepared by a method that involves combining the one or more cannabinoids with the one or more intra-granule excipients, and then granulating the combination, such as through fluid bed granulation, shear-induced wet granulation, or spray granulation. The composition may also be prepared by a method that involves mixing the one or more cannabinoids with a population of porous bead cores.
Nanoparticle compositions and methods for treating or preventing tissue infections and diseases
Stabilized multi-component antimicrobial compositions for treating tissue diseases, infections or conditions include a first and second set of differently sized and/or differently shaped metal nanoparticles, and a stabilizing agent. Compositions and treatment methods may be used for treating tissue diseases, infections or conditions caused by microbial infections, such as bacteria, viral, and/or fungal infections, or for preventing the infection of a wound, such as a cut, abrasion, ulcer, lesion, sore, and the like. The compositions and treatment methods disclosed herein may also be used as a prophylactic, and in some embodiments may be applied to otherwise healthy tissue in order to prevent or reduce the occurrence of a tissue disease, infection or condition.
CONTROLLED RELEASE OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES
A water-insoluble composition, solid in appearance at a temperature of less than or equal to 20° C., comprising, for 100% of the mass of same:—X1% by mass of at least one lipophilic surfactant having a value HLB, H1, greater than or equal to 1 and less than 10;—X2% by mass of at least one hydrophilic surfactant having a value HLB, H2, greater than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 20; characterised by the fact that the HLB of same=X1.H1+X2.H2, X1 and X2 varying from 2 to 60, and characterised in that it is free of acrylic polymer and/or of acetate succinate.
CONTROLLED-RELEASE PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATIONS FOR TREATMENT OF INTESTINAL INFECTIONS
Disclosed are solid oral controlled-release pharmaceutical compositions of antibiotics/ antibacterials comprising a core consisting of a complex monolithic matrix comprising at least one low/medium viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, at least one medium/high viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, one or more methacrylic polymers or copolymers and/or cellulose acetate phthalate and/or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate or shellac, and an outer coating of said core consisting of a layer comprising ethylcellulose, or of a gastroresistant layer or of a layer comprising ethylcellulose coated in turn with gastroresistant polymers. The compositions of the invention enable the frequency of administration to be reduced, and the release of the medicament in particular sites of the gastrointestinal tract to be controlled.
Method for producing oral composition, and oral composition
Provided are: a method for producing an oral composition suitable for treatment or prevention of a disease or symptom in the oral cavity; and an oral composition produced by the production method. The oral composition production method characterized by including a mixing step of mixing earthworm castings with water and a collecting step of collecting vaporized water generated from a mixture obtained in the mixing step to obtain a liquid; and the oral composition produced by the production method. It is preferred to further mix an organic substance together with the earthworm castings and the water in the mixing step.
Crushed stem cell extract (shelled stem cell) manufacturing method using mass culture medium composition method and constituent 3-low extracting method and a treating composition for anti-inflammatory and a treating composition for cell regeneration
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a medium composition for cell culture, and a method of manufacturing a crushed stem cell extract using a method of manufacturing a medium composition for cell culture and a 3-low extracting method of active ingredients of a stem cell. The medium composition for cell culture includes a basal medium; a hyaluronic acid; and an additive composition. According to an embodiment, when active ingredients of a stem cell are extracted, a stem cell is crushed at a 3-low circumstance of low temperature, low pressure, a hypotonic circumstance.
System and method for industrial encapsulation of thermolabile substances
A facility for industrial drying and/or encapsulation of thermolabile substances comprising at least one injection unit (1) wherein the thermolabile substance is introduced, an encapsulating material when the facility is used to encapsulate, a solvent, additives and an injection gas flow for obtaining droplets from the thermolabile substance. It further comprises a drying unit (2) through which the droplets and a drying gas are introduced for evaporating the solvent and comprises a collection unit (3) configured to separate the microcapsules generated from the drying gas and which is selected from a cartridge filter collector, a cyclone collector or a combination of the two. It also describes a method for the industrial encapsulation of thermolabile substances which is carried out at the proposed facility.
