Expansion joint spring clip
09714734 · 2017-07-25 · ·

An expansion joint spring clip can eliminate flutter, pulsations and reverse bending on non-metallic fabric flue duct expansion joints. The expansion joint spring clip can hold the expansion joint in a fixed arch such that it can still perform its function with regard to accommodating the ducting system movements. The expansion joint spring clip allows the entire width of the non-metallic expansion joint to retain its position during start-ups, downloading and during full or partial boiler, kiln, furnace loads and the like. The expansion joint spring clip can be installed in the existing geometry of an expansion joint by producing an arch while not damaging the expansion joint after being installed. The expansion joint can still accommodate axial and limited lateral movements, allowing the expansion joint to perform its function.

Double-wall pipe, method of manufacturing the same and refrigerant cycle device provided with the same

A double-wall pipe includes an outer pipe, and an inner pipe disposed inside the outer pipe. An outer wall of the inner pipe has thereon a ridge portion, which defines a groove portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the inner pipe. The outer pipe and the inner pipe are bent to have a straight portion extending straightly, and a bend portion bent from the straight portion. In the straight portion, the outer pipe has an inside diameter that is larger than an outside diameter of an imaginary cylinder defined by an outer surface of the ridge portion of the inner pipe. Furthermore, the ridge portion of the inner pipe contacts an inside surface of the outer pipe to be radially squeezed and held by the outer pipe, in the bend portion. The double-wall pipe can be suitably used for a refrigerant cycle device.

Method of manufacturing a remotely operated wheeled high pressure wash system

A process for the manufacture of a washing system to clean process equipment and the resulted washing system is disclosed. The method involves the conversion and transformation of a small excavation tractor into a remotely operated hydroblasting system that removes the operator from the working environment and avoids the risks of harm and fatigue normally associated with existing cleaning processes.

AIRCRAFT GALLEY EXHAUST SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SAME
