A honeycomb panel structure is presented. The honeycomb panel structure may comprise a first panel region and a first plurality of pins welded to the first panel region. The first panel region may comprise an incline face sheet and a bottom face sheet, wherein the incline face sheet may be at an acute angle to the bottom face sheet. The honeycomb panel structure may be compressed in the first panel region, a first pin of the first plurality of pins may be perpendicular to the incline face sheet, and a second pin of the first plurality of pins may be perpendicular to the bottom face sheet.

A preassembled parallel wire cable creates a random cast of loops. Any of the random cast of loops is hung for transport, thus eliminating costly and time-consuming coiling and reeling operations.

A roadway cable barrier includes a post located adjacent to a roadway and extending vertically from a ground level to a top end, a connector having a first leg and a second leg spaced apart and extending in the same downward direction from a top section, the top section is positioned on the top end of the post such that the first leg and the second leg are positioned on opposite sides of the post from one another, a retaining loop is formed by one of the first leg and the second leg and a longitudinally extending roadway barrier cable is disposed within the retaining loop.

A corner board includes first and second sides, each including a board material; a bend between the first and second sides, joining first and second sides together; and a slit adjacent to a first end of the corner board, the slit completely crossing the bend and partially crossing the first and second sides. In addition, a method of manufacturing a corner board includes bending a board stock to form first and second sides of the corner board with an angle therebetween; cutting the board stock into fixed lengths, the bent and cut board stock forming the corner board; and forming a slit near a first end of the corner board. The present corner board may be advantageously rested or placed along a vertical edge of a container or stack of containers.

Floorboards with a surface of flexible fibers for laying a mechanically joined floating floor, and methods for manufacturing and providing floorings containing such floorboards. For example, floorboards including a surface layer and a core, for making a floating flooring, which floorboards are mechanically lockable and which along their edge portions have pairs of opposing connectors for locking similar, adjoining floorboards to each other both vertically and horizontally, wherein the surface layer comprises flexible resilient fibers.

A sludge digester including a vessel and floating cover. The vessel includes a sidewall and an interior volume configured to receive and contain sludge. According to one embodiment, the cover comprises a frame structure that is constructed and arranged to form a skirt member formed at a periphery of the cover and extending downwardly into the vessel, and a continuous ballast ring attached to a lower portion of the skirt member and configured to form a trough member with an interior surface of the skirt member. The sludge digester may also include a guide system coupled to the sidewall and the skirt member and configured to allow vertical displacement of the cover with change in volume of at least one of a gas and a sludge contained in the vessel beneath the cover.

A panel assembly comprising: a panel (11); a stiffener (12) having a foot (12a), an upstanding web (12b) and a run-out region at one end; and a fitting (13), wherein the stiffener foot is bonded to the panel, and wherein the fitting is attached to the stiffener web and to the panel outboard of the end of the stiffener foot. The outboard end of the web may overhang an outboard end of the foot in the run-out region, of the stiffener.

A parallel wire cable is produced from a plurality of wires arranged in a bundle for use as a structural cable. Each wire in the plurality of wires is parallel to every other wire in the bundle, and each wire in the plurality of wires is tensioned to a tension value.

A drive assembly for a slide out in an expandable enclosure, the drive assembly comprising a beam attachable to the slide out, the beam having a first row of teeth and a second row of teeth thereon, the first row of teeth and the second row of teeth extending parallel to each other on opposite sides of the beam wherein the teeth in the first row of teeth are offset relative to the teeth in the second row of teeth and a drive gear having a first gear wheel engagable with the first row of teeth and a second gear wheel engagable with the second row of teeth, and an actuator coupled to the beam to selectively extend and retract the beam.
